God, don't even get me started on this place. They were the cheapest movers I found in my area so I figured why the heck not. Well, I guess I got what I paid for- cheap price= cheap service. I asked them to call me when they are on the way to the pick up destination: failed. I asked them to call me when they are on their way to the drop off destination, where I was at so I can get ready: failed. The owner told me anything after 2 hours will be prorated and even elaborated that we will only pay for what we use, ie. 2 hours and 15 mintues will only be charged 2 hours and 15 minutes. Well, we used them for a couple of mintues less than 2 hours and 30 minutes and the movers wanted to charge us for 3 full hours. Makes no sense. OH! on top of that, when i placed my service order, i had asked them what methods of payments do they accept, he said cash or credit will be taken at the end of the service but of course, they changed their words and said they only accept cash at the end! On top of all this, the mover tried to bad mouth us in spanish as if there isn't a fluent spanish speaker standing right there. With all that being said....never going back to them. I'd rather pay a little extra for more dependable service.

I'm warning you not to use the services of Fernando and his Houston Movers for less company (WWW.HOUSTONMOVERSFORLESS.COM ). It all started very well. I gave him a call on Wednesday fo arrange a move for Saturday 12 PM. Here I am sitting and writing this review at 1:07PM on Saturday afternoon all packed and ready to go. Fernando returned my call at 12:25 just to tell me he's not coming today. He's got another job.  If that's what you call you personal satisfaction guarantee Fernando you got it.
