Houston 911 Movers

Very disappointed in my last move with this company. To be fair they have moved me in the past and did a great job. This is why I chose them to move me again when the time came. The movers arrived on time however, they were not in any kind of uniform, hell not even t-shirts with the company name on it. That wasn't a big deal as long as they did a good job.Well as I walked around my home I started noticing issues. They damaged the walls in our old house and the new one. I found scratches, scrapes, and they even took chunks out of the door frames. Furniture was also damage. My new mattresses had a huge rip on the bottom. When the job was complete the movers sat down on my furniture while one of them wrote out the invoice. I understand that they were tired but they were sweaty and could have stained my furniture. They get one star because the ease of booking the service (everything was done through text) however I will not use this company again. I believe the people they sent to my home were not even movers. They looked like they just picked up some dudes off the street to move my things. Moving is stressful enough now I will be unpacking and fixing the walls and areas damaged by careless movers.

I called 911 on a Friday and they arrived Saturday as promised ! They were on time,  courteous,  professional and got the job done. I will definitely use them again !

I was looking for a moving company and while checking Yelp I found Houston 911 Movers. Needless to say, the reviews here were absolutely on point. Michael and his team were on time and did an awesome job. The original quote I received never changed and there were no hidden fees. If you're looking for a reliable team of movers, do not hesitate to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

We called to move some items from the house into storage and rearrange some furniture within the house. I called on short notice - wanted this done the next day. Michael was able to squeeze us in between other moves. He and his two other guys arrived on time. They moved quickly, were efficient and professional. We got it all done in 2 hours which is exactly what they quoted, and nothing was damaged. We tried them after having a really bad experience with ABC Movers for our main move a couple of months ago. We will hire Houston 911 for our future moves - so much better!!!I also called Fast & Easy Moves and Move with Love and left two messages for each, and neither returned my calls.

Can't say nicer things. I called  them they showed up on time  were very careful protected my furniture and price was perfect the owner even helped  .These guys are great and professional thanks again
