Established in 2015. After years of working for an untamed company (that I will not name because it's mean) full of overruling, inconsiderate, and lawless bosses my wife and I decided to start our own company.During the summer of 2015 my wife and I and our 4 children (Noriya 7 yrs., Gregory 6 yrs., Isaiah 5 yrs., And Laiah Grace 4 mo.) dropped everything and gave birth to Graceful Moves Moving Company; a company geared toward providing better tomorrows for our employees, or customers, and our community.

Gregory Gray, the owner of this company ignored me after a month of sending him images and requests for fixing the great damage that my desk sustained. When he realized I was suing him and the company, he went in hiding, sending the Constable to a permanently closed address not to be served.

Graceful Moves does not have a physical address! They list phony places (such as complex buildings and offices leased by the hour) as their "physical address". Be aware, they do not have a single truck with their logo/name, the men working there are very unprofessional. I was told Gregory Gray would contact me within a week regarding of this situation. I have no receipt for my over 2 thousand dollars paid to this company. They are a ghost company. Be aware!

Gregory Gray... Why are you avoiding being served by a constable by providing such a false address as the one listed here? After such an awful job where you damaged my furniture, why would you avoid to see me in court? Why are you in hiding?

I need more than two hands to count the number of times we have moved with very high dollar corporate movers.  While we have generally had good experiences, we have always had some damage to our furniture.  Our move with Graceful Moves was the first time we experienced no damage.  Greg and his team were phenomenal.  They understood that we were more interested in a damage-free move rather than speed (even though they fully loaded and unloaded a large truck in 6 hours).  I felt very comfortable choosing Graceful at the get-go when Greg spent about 45 minutes with me over the phone discussing our special needs (piano and other particularly heavy items).The whole crew were very attentive and receptive to taking guidance.  It was definitely the best moving experience we have had.  Five stars all the way!

First positives- they showed on time, and were polite. Negatives- after move it was discovered that many of my items were damaged because they were not moved properly. Or put back together properly. I had a king bed that had damage, my fridge was badly dented and scratched and not put back together right. The blinds in my old house were broken and no one mentioned it, there were 3 holes put into my walls. None of it mentioned. Which is very unprofessional.Also, I never received a call back about it all after all the damage. Furthermore had to fight with my ex about all the damage to the house. I would not recommend. Sorry.

We recently bought a house and the previous tenants used this company to move their furniture. The movers scuffed and marked up the wall quite significantly while moving items down the stairs. Gregg said they would come fix the marks and repaint. After trying to continuously get in touch with him, he finally showed up 6 MONTHS later. Then preceded to try to "touch paint" large areas, which I disagreed with, and they turned out to be extremely noticeable! Since the retouching, we have once again tried tirelessly to get in touch with him, but he has managed to ignore all communication. I do NOT recommend this company. Look elsewhere if you want true quality service.

UK, Andre and Bo were amazing movers. They arrived in a timely fashion, got in, got it done and were extremely pleasant the whole time. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of them.  They...were...AWESOME!Unfortunately, in the process of moving my TV stand was scratched beyond minor scratches. I didn't see it until the next day (Sunday) because they left around 9pm Saturday night and at that point I just wanted to eat and go to sleep after a very long day of moving, dealing with Centerpoint, the alarm guys, etc. Monday, I had an early flight for work so I didn't get a chance to call until that following Tuesday.OK, no worries...things happen, but I expect the company to at least make an attempt to make it right. At least return my phone call after 6 days? Text message? Smoke signal? Carrier pigeon??Nah......(crickets)Oh well, you live and you learn....at least this was a minor hiccup.
