This was my first time ever using professional movers and I must say that the Flores Moving Company will be the only moving service I use from here on out. Yuri was an outstanding pro throughout the whole process of inquiring about rates, booking an appointment and the actual move. Mind you, my move was booked 7 weeks in advance but fell on the week of the Hurricane Harvey aftermath. I couldn't move into my complex because it was inaccessible. I called Yuri the day before my move in and he graciously accepted my indefinite re-schedule without even charging me a penalty like some moving companies will do. I cancelled on a Tuesday, the day before my move. Called Yuri back on Wednesday to reaffirm another appointment and he called me back Thursday to booked me for Friday. I was shocked! I was expecting to be told I'd have to wait a week or more because of the storm's aftermath and the timing of it being at the first of the month. Yuri assured me that it would be no problem and he could assist in my move.I booked a 3 man crew with Yuri himself being apart of the crew. They were 30 minutes early to my appointment. Very courteous, efficient, and professional. They got to work immediately and didn't waste any time. When we arrived to my new complex, the elevators were not working. My apartment is on the 4th floor. I thought I'd immediately be told by Yuri that my rate would change because initially they were to have elevator access. That didn't happen. All Yuri said to me was "Don't worry, it's not a problem." Again, I was shocked!Even with having to work harder to get my very, very, very heavy belongings to the 4th floor with no elevators, Yuri and his crew didn't damage or scratch a thing. Move done within 4 hours and it wasn't even lunch time yet. They also helped me setup my bedroom and arrange the furniture as I would like it before leaving.I'd highly recommend Flores Moving Company to anyone. They're reasonably priced, respectful of you, your belongings, and your time. I cannot thank them enough for coming through in the clutch when I needed them. The Flores Moving Company is the best!!!! Thank you Yuri!!!!

As a Realtor, I've used many local movers like 3 Men and Nationwide. This was my first time using Flores Movers. It was a Fantastic and Extremely Happy Experience with Flores Moving. Maykel. Antonious, and Martinez was very careful and listened to our request with no hesitation. They moved at a very good pace unlike other movers who drag out the time to add more time to the clock. This crew even help bring some trash items to the dumpster. Will use you again for my next move and my real estate clients too! Thanks again! Moving Done.

I found Flores Moving Company on Yelp and sent Yuri (the owner) a message. He immediately responded and we coordinated our move easily through text messages. He was always responsive and polite. I had to reschedule the move due to the closing date of the house but it was simple to reschedule with him. The movers showed up right on time and began moving my mother's items. It took about 11 hours to get everything done and the team did not stop even for breaks. I brought them drinks and ice halfway through the day and they were very appreciative. When all was said and done, there were no extra charges...just the hourly rate and a small fee for travel/gas. The men were very friendly and although they didn't take their time, they didn't seem hurried either. They knew they were there until the job was done, and that was apparent.We had an issue after the move - a couple of food boxes got put into storage and they were supposed to go to my mom's apartment. I texted Yuri and he arranged to meet me himself (with two other men) to go through the boxes in storage and find the food boxes. They arrived on time at the storage unit and helped me find the food boxes. This was at no extra charge! Thank you so much to Flores Moving Company and getting the job done right! We have to move again in a few months when our home is built and I know who we will call! It is no wonder they have all 5 Star reviews!Thank you!

Yes, yes, yes. We have moved several times (from Boston to Oregon and then from Oregon to Texas) and this was the best moving company we have worked with. Flores Moving is a top notch company that is incredibly professional from the first point of contact. We moved from Pearland to Houston and the men of Flores Moving worked through the sweltering weather to get our stuff moved efficiently and safely. Despite a mechanical error with their truck, they persisted and moving day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Flores was on time went right to work. Fast !   I moved the weekend after hurricane Harvey and I would recommend them highly.  Nelson running the crew was great...
