***Beware of this moving company!!!*** I like to start off by saying that I VERY rarely write reviews, however, I feel this experience is warranted. Upon setting up my appointment with this moving company, I specifically asked Emanuel if they secured all mirrors and furniture. He assured me that all furniture and mirrors would be secured. Throughout the conversation he continually stated, "Don't worry, Don't worry."  I know the type of furniture I have and I wanted to set the expectation and make sure they would secure my furniture properly. He provided me with two available times for the day I requested; I set the appointment for 2 pm and reiterate our appointment. Emanuel came to my place 3.5 hours before the scheduled appointment...while this was unexpected I allowed him to look around to get an idea of the type of furniture I have. He stated he came early because he was in the area...long story short he left and said he would be back at 2 pm, as scheduled.  He was not there at 2 pm, so I waited to allow a few minutes, no call... So, I decided to call at 2:53 pm and he said "Don't worry, Don't worry, I'm on my way now."  About 2.5 hours later two different guys showed up ( a short 16 year old and a tall elderly man). Though they were nice and polite - I had to micro-manage them in an effort to secure my furniture. I always pack my ideas and secure most items myself, which was definitely needed with this company. They were taking my glass, expensive furniture, sofa etc. without securing it... I had to literally tell them to secure my furniture and watch their every move; what a day!!! Because my furniture was moved to storage I am very afraid to unpack! One of the workers said, " this is no Ikea furniture" He said to me "You thought you were getting professional movers huh?" I asked who are you?? He laughed and said professional movers.... Because they were over two hours late showing up, I told him I was not paying for the delay. He called Emanuel and he spoke with me for over 20 minutes trying to convince me to pay.... which was not deserving, he even lied to his workers telling them, I had a morning appointment and he had to reschedule because I was not ready. Emanuel is a dishonest individual; it is sad how people such as he run businesses and their soul purpose is to make money by any means necessary!  He continuously said, don't worry and God Bless and in the same breath being dishonest and unprofessional!
