Cross Country Long Distance Movers

I needed to ship my car from Illinois to Texas. After getting quotes from three different companies and reading many reviews about each of them, it became an easy decision on which company to choose. Cross Country Long Distance Movers was not the most expensive. They were just $50 above the lowest quote. The deciding factor was the gentleman who I dealt with on the phone. His name is Frank Feldesi. He was courteous, professional and friendly. What I really appreciated was he always promptly responded to my emails and phone calls. He was the only one of the 3 companies that quickly followed up to see if I had any questions.  When the time came for my car to be picked up by a driver named Dorian, I was overjoyed by how quickly he safely got my car to Houston.  I had some concerns after some reviews I read about other companies. This is my first time writing a yelp review but I felt compelled to share such a positive and absolutely no hassle experience with others looking for a great moving company.  I told Frank that when the time comes to get a packing/moving quote  he will be the first one I call.

I recently used Cross Country Movers to ship my car across the country. They communicated well with me throughout the process and Gino, the driver, was on time for both pickup and delivery. They brought the car right to the driveway three days after it left Texas. There were no hidden fees, and the car had zero damage. The whole experience was hassle free!

I had to move my 87 years old mom closer to my location so I would be able to help her anytime she actually needs it but she refused to go anywhere without her stuff most of which is really heavy and huge and old and thus basically hard to transport. However, cross country movers managed to bring everything here unbroken and even unscratched! they even treated my mother politely though we all know how hard can it get to stay calm while an elderly person tries to make requests most of which you hardly understand and then he or she gets mad on u when u do something wrong and so on. I think understanding kind of employees is the key to success and cross country organizers definitely know it.

I had to move due to a change of job and my first experience with Cross Country Movers was excellent. Top quality service from A to Z. The packing was done quickly and they were in and out before I knew it! Highly recommended :) thanks guys

The movers were extremely nice and professional,I mean like you see, they both were easy-going and they've accepted all of the wishes I expressed towards my stuff's transportation, + they've packed and unpacked my belongings themselves however I though this option wouldn't be included.
