Awful. Slow, dragging out the move much longer than it should've taken. Didn't wrap the furniture like they were supposed to. Dragged boxes along our new wood floors, scratching them. George dropped one of my boxes and then kicked it while he thought no one saw him. In addition to being slow, lazy, and disrespectful of other people's property, he was blatantly rude and disrespectful to me. Worst move I have ever had.

THE WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER HAD! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY! I had All-Some Packers come out the day before I moved to pack my boxes for the move the next day. The team of Phyllis and Steve were great. They organized the boxes and had them set up in each room accordingly. They made sure that each box was clearly marked with its contents. All the movers had to do the following day was to follow the strategic order that the packers had already set into place. However, this did not happen. The team of ANDRE, CLIFF and RODRICK are some of the worst movers I have experienced. When they arrived it was obvious that they lacked professional training and professionalism. They did not listen when I explained what the packers had done when I explained the strategic order of moving the boxes. Instead, they completely ignored the pre-set plan that the packers had already set into place the day before and just started grabbing boxes. They lacked consideration for my furniture and the content of the boxes. They didn't even take the time to wrap the furniture or Art properly. They put my boxes on a dolly and violently pushed the boxes down the stairs, then had the nerve to complain about the boxes when they started breaking apart; leaving my items all other the sidewalk and on the floor of their truck. I was told by the packers that three loaner wardrobe boxes would be brought out and the movers would put my hanging clothes into the boxes and then take them over to the new apartment to be unpacked. However, the moving crew never packed the boxes and left them empty on their truck. These movers broke and damaged several of my household items and never took the time to even apologize. In fact, Roderick told my 65-year-old mother to call Darlene and complain. "Call Darlene and tell her I said to call!!" he chimed off in a disrespectful tone to my mother when she told them not to jostle the boxes box the stairs. To make the matter even worst, the truck was not packed correctly so all of my things could not fit into their 24 FT long truck. I was moving from a 1036 square foot, one bedroom/loft apartment; HOW COULD EVERYTHING NOT FIT INTO THEIR TRUCK! When I originally made the appointment with Jordan (their customer service rep), I told her that had 70 boxes that needed to be moved. She ASSURED me that the 24 FT truck would be enough space given that it is usually used for 3 bedroom apartments or small houses. However, Darlene (customer service manager) had to send a new crew out the next day to finish the rest of my move. More than half of my items were not packed on the first day. When the movers got to my new apartment, they dropped the boxes off in any room and did not take the time to even read (on the side of box) or ask what room that the boxes were to be placed in. My bedrooms were left a mess and in complete disarray by the time the crew had finished.  I still have no idea where my desktop computer is. I never even had the chance to look into the back of the truck before the movers left. They closed the gate and took off leaving Andre (the crew lead) to ask for a check (they do not take credit or debit cards which I didn't find out until the end of the move).  To top it off, the movers had the nerve to charge me an additional $680.00 on top of the $299.00 I had already paid on Angie's List. All Some also charged me another $299.00 for the new crew to come out the next day to complete the move! That is a total $1280.00 to move a 1036 SQ FT one bedroom apartment!! I couldn't have been more disappointed in this company. When those Andre's crew arrived, they saw and my elderly mother and I (a young women in her early 30's) and took advantage of us. They didn't take the time to help us and make sure that everything was done professionally; in fact it was the total opposite. It was like they went out of their way to make sure that we had a bad experience! The only redeeming part of this move was the crew that came out the next day. The team of Steve (one of the packers), Victor and Mitch did a great job. They made sure everything was organized and moved in a proficient manner. They even set up the beds at my new apartment and made sure that the boxes were stacked in a manner that made it easy to navigate around the bedrooms and the apartment. They were also very personable and made the day a pleasant experience unlike the day before. Although All-Some did take $200.00 off of the total, they still ended up charging me $845.00 in addition to the Angie's List deal of $299.00 which brings the total to $1144.00. I believe that this is still too much given the time, the broken items and inconvenience that my mother and I had to endure. Upon speaking with one of the mover's that came out the second day, he told me that the behavior that I experienced from the crew of (Andre, Cliff and Rodrick) was the norm for that particular crew. I am not sure why All Some continues to keep this crew on staff!

Initially, I was worried that my experience was going to be a bad one because they didn't answer my email quickly.  I purchased an Amazon Local deal and emailed the company with a few questions.  I didn't hear anything for two days so I called.  When I called all of my questions were answered right there and then.  All of the ladies in the office were very friendly and professional.  Darlene later called to confirm my move.  Pedro and Jose were very helpful, friendly and efficient.  They were very careful with my things even when I told them they didn't have to be because the couch was old or I'd gotten that table for free.  They put every box in the right room, whether it was upstairs or down.  They never complained or seemed anything less than pleasant despite the terrible heat even when I asked them to move the furniture to different positions.  Through some unfortunate circumstances my move was somewhat last minute and thus very stressful.  I hate moving under the best of conditions but Darlene, Peter and Jose really made my move a little less horrible.  We will definitely use them again.

I found a deal on Amazon Local for three All-Some movers for two hours. They came to my mom's house to empty out my old bedroom, then we went to my storage unit to get the bulk of my stuff.The guys worked fast, never stopping or slowing down. They followed me to my house and unpacked my stuff from their truck, putting everything in the rooms I directed them to. They handled both my light boxes and my heavy, solid wood furniture with care. Absolutely nothing was damaged. An outstanding job!They finished the job with a few minutes of my two hours left. Only thing that annoyed me was that they drove slow on the freeway. However, my 4-bedroom house worth of stuff didn't fill their whole truck, so they drove like that to keep things from shifting around in transit. Annoying at the time,  but really very considerate.

All Some Movers has the worst customer service, especially Charles. He not only yelled at me on the phone but was extremely disrespectful and condescending. This was the second time I used them and this time around I was quoted a price and when moving day came it was a much higher price. Not to mention the movers broke and lost some of my items in the moving process. I was also unable to reach anyone in management on my move day and no one called back after I left several messages. I will never recommend them to anyone. They lack honesty,  respect, realistic pricing and customer service. They definitely overcharge and lie...I know because I used them twice. Not sure what chip was on Charles shoulder but if he's the owner,  I feel sorry for the employees. Smh.
