Cannot say enough NEGATIVE things about this company.  PLEASE check their BBB review and DOT records.  Hired for my grandmother and feel completely RIPPED OFF and violated!   After nearly double the quote, for the correct amount of cubic footage and threats to pay in cash the driver, SO many items were damaged and broken, and the rest just didn't make it!The owner, has zero concern for customers, service or running a reputable business.   PLEASE DO NOT hire this company, read the BBB reviews, he was based out of Nashville and was rated so poorly he registered in Houston, his only truck in registered in Los Angeles and he works out of Washington so he has more states to scam people in. This is a fraudulently run company who will take pleasure in disappointing you, he will talk and talk and laugh it all off, he even told me he uses a different email address just for the BBB complaints and lawyers, that is so sad.If half of that energy were put into providing good service they would thrive. They unpacked items to "throw" into larger boxes so they could bill us for them, they forgot items or just stole them or sent them to the next house - who knows, didn't count anything upon delivery and stacked all items on top of each other in one room, damaged and tossed around, boxes literally TORN open and smashed Furniture damaged beyond repair, if it is marked Fragile that means it goes to the bottom of the pile. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable mover, the quote may be a little higher, but in the long run it is a lot cheaper, All Services Movers will Demand more money, lie about calculations & pricing, refuse to measure, threaten to hold your belongings hostage and then deliver damaged and broken items with zero concern. A real moving company that cares deserves your business, not these guys!Read the reviews on reputable review sites like Yelp, not the movers reviews sites, it is obvious everyday he writes himself a new glowing review - there is no way there are any happy customers out there with this kind of service, where they go above and beyond... to disappoint you.

Moving company from hell!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.. This company has made me feel horrible about moving my belongings to another state. They destroyed  90% of my furniture. My furniture was brand new before it left Houston, TX and it came back in bits and pieces. The movers that dropped off my furniture were rude and smaller then I am and I'm only 5'2. They could not bring up my bed set and left it in the basement of my apartment building because they said "they were to little to bring it up" then why are you working as a professional mover??? Nothing was reassembled even though I paid for that service and I had to buy a new dinning room table, TV stand because all 4 legs were broken and new dishes. This is the worst moving company ever and I complained and the manager ignored all my calls. Please be advised they have an F + rating on the BBB and their  membership was revoked!! Do not use them please!! Scammer alert: they have you initial the inventory list, we'll what you don't see or they don't  tell you is that they write the letter "br" which means broken next to all your furniture so they can later say all your furniture was broken before it was picked up so if they break it they cover their ass!  If anyone wants to sue them please contact me I will fly back to Houston to testify in court!

I agree completely with the previous reviewer.  This was the worst move I have ever had and it was only 2 miles down the road.  I was originally told the movers would arrive by 12 PM.  I was then called and told they would not arrive until 2 PM.  At that time I attempted to cancel them and they promised me they would be there at 12:30 PM.  They did not arrive until 2:20 PM.  When I booked the move they wanted a very detailed list of all the items they were to move, which I complied with.  However, when they arrived they were only able to move half of the items that I had discussed with them in the time period they allowed.  Practically all of the furniture they moved was damaged.  I then went through their claims service and was told the claim amount would be $158.  That was for my badly damaged king size bedroom suite, entertainment center, and kids furniture.  Not to mention the jewelry box that they were not suppose to move missing my wedding band and my watch.  They claim to be insured, but the fine print does not cover jewelry.  When speaking with the owner of the Houston based operation, Brian, he was rude and very non-accomidating.  I had discussed with him the purpose of starting the move early was so my kids beds would be assembled for them to go to bed in time for school the next morning.  One of the crew members was discussing with him my displeasure with the move on speaker phone and he directed the member to "not put the kids beds together."  When looking for a moving company do yourself a huge favor and learn from my mistake.  Choose anyone other than these guys.  If I would have know the outcome I would have done the move myself.

NO STARS!!!!!  Disaster move Redmond, Washington to Denver, Colorado. These movers are the most UNPROFFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE, and UNRESPONSIVE people I have ever dealt with.   I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone I know!First, they were late for the 9:00-11:00 scheduled pick up time and after 3 phone calls, I was told they would arrive by 3:00.  The two men that loaded were actually very nice but advised us that it was over the estimate by cubic feet not weight as I was advised.  Of course!  In spite of an exact box and item count that was given to them and assurances it would be under the amount estimated.  Do not trust these people!Second, we were given a 21 day delivery window and promised a 48 hour notice of exact delivery date.  Significant to us since we do not live in the state where our goods were being delivery and I stressed the them that I would need the 48 hours to fly there to meet them.  When I callled on October 15, they could not locate our shipment at first and then advised it had not even been assigned to dispatch yet and to call back in a couple of days.  Two days later, Oct 17,  we received a call in the evening from the driver who said he was delivering the next day!!!  And if no one was there to receive and pay the balance, he would "put it in storage and we'd have to deal with it.  They should have called us!"Third,  when I immediately called customer service, I was told it must be a mistake because our household goods had not been assigned to a driver yet!  She would research and call me back!   I have since made 3 calls and sent emails and have heard NOTHING back!!!!!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. They are total scammers- they picked up our entire 3 bedroom apt and over the next 2 months, extorted and threatened us with lack of drivers or people in our area, then increased the weight and quote, insisting we send them another $1000 which we stupidly DID, because we simply wanted our things to be done with them. They finally came, made us pay over $500 MORE than the iNCREASED quote, and dropped off about half of our belongings, most was broken or completely smashed. I even called the FBI because Im sure these guys are criminals!! DONT DO BUSINESS with them- you will wind up paying them for your broken or non existent things!!!
