I have to say that the crew was phenomenal and amazing. They showed up on time and packed everything expeditiously. They were friendly and very respectful. I would have given this moving company a five star rating however in my opinion, as someone who has moved multiple times throughout my career they were very expensive. They charged for  every little item from the bubble wrap, to the cardboard, to the packing of frames, etc. In my experience if the rate is between $75 and $100 per hour then yes charge for the extras however when the rate is $149 an hour for three man crew those knickknacks should be included. It is important to note that I have moved 12 times  in my lifetime and I have basically had the same furniture or at least the same type of furniture. If you're looking for high-quality, respectful workers, expeditious workers, and don't mind paying through the roof then this is the perfect moving company. Also to give people an indication of what I'm talking about my average move costs  between $550 and $750. The total to use this company was $1064. The most expensive by far. (Movement within the same city and  mileage)

If I could give this company a "0" star I would. Not only did they show up late, they broke a glass coffee table that I purchased from a high end modern furniture store. I had wait 2 weeks for a reply and the best they can do is give me $0.60/lb per item damaged. So my $1200 table was reduced to $18 satisfactory check. Now I have to send in more forms and wait up to 3-4 weeks to get a check in the mail. Or, by writing this response, I've forfeited the right to ask for damages by bad mouthing this company. Lesson learned. Read the reviews posted by others and expect the same "sorry apology" response message that they send with every complaint. No sense of humility. They can't even change up their apology statement. Next time I'll just hire a random person on the street who could probably do a better job.

Do not use.   1 Mover quit in the middle of the move.   The did not finish job, left items in the driveway of our new house.   Did not unwrap any furniture.  Left all moving blankets for us to deal with.   Movers got into a fight with each other.   Called 3 Men Movers the next day to finish up the job  (Excellent).   At the end of the day, 2 tv's broken, 6 pictures and 3 vases.   Furniture scratched.   Called office and they told me to send an email detailing what happened.   They sent me a claim form.   I wanted an apology, not a claim.   Beware.  Read the reviews, they are accurate.   I have moved from coast to coast, and these folks were the worst I have ever experienced.   This was my experience and I am sure every crew is different, but wow.

If could rate this company a zero I would.  Let's just say the initial intake was quick and smooth with my upfront deposit for a $100.00 until the actual day of my move.  Let me point out upfront my two biggest issues with this company is 1. Full Disclosure 2. Customer Service/Experience.  I was scheduled for a 10:00 AM move needless to say we had a no show of movers.  We received confirmation e-mails of our scheduled move and cost per hour only. I called to speak with a Baxter to inform him that we have no movers as originally agreed upon by 10 AM.  He explained the mover were behind and it would be another 45 mins before they show.  2 1/2 hours have past with no follow up from "All My Sons."  I called back to checkup again and was quoted the full disclosure of charging me $99.00 to come out to me; granted this hasn't been disclosed to me until now.  We had nothing in all the emails of this disclosure.  So I repeated back to Baxter what was quoted, "let me get this right we're 2 to 3 hrs behind schedule on your account plus pay you an additional travel time of $99.00 fee to come out and gauge me again for the total cost of the move!  (The switch move).  Does this sound like a good customer experience? Because of the red flags I was started to experienced, I decided to check reviews on this company and they confirmed my hesitation to move  any further with this company.  So I decided to cancel my move with them and demand a full refund of my deposit.  Yes!  It was truly a inconvenience to me at the time.  Base on other bad reviews on google I read; it's safe to say I save myself further grief and money.  I was able to find another moving company who did a wonderful job on short notice, plus beat "All my Sons" rates!!! I used this company to move our family in 2010 and had a great experience! Recommended to my brother for an out of state move and they were FANTASTIC!!!! My husband arranged for the truck to be unloaded because my brother was coming from out of state. All My Sons was quick to return our phone calls and easy to schedule. The pricing was very reasonable.  The employees showed up on time and the work was finished in a timely manner.  They made this leg of the move so easy!!! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future!
