The movers arrived early on a very rainy day. Arrived at my apartment and it was storming!!! Movers took a 1 hour delay from moving (which I wasn't charged for) to wait for the rain to pass. A 2 man crew knocked my one bedroom apartment out in about 3 hours total. I was highly satisfied with their service.

I wish I could give zero stars! I hired this company to come out on Saturday at 11 am to move my entire home into storage while my family waited for our new home to be ready. I was quoted $105/hour which seemed reasonable and cheaper than other places I called for quotes about. I received a call in the morning that they would be 1-2 hours late so my husband and I went to grab a bite to eat and thought we have time to clean up after. We had barely finished eating when we got the call that they were 20 minutes away. Keeping in mind that we have already packed the entire house and move most of the stuff towards the front of then house to make it easier and quicker for loading, the two men that showed up didn't speak ANY English but kept insisting I sign a document before they started working AFTER they said it would take them NINE hours to complete the job. Nine hours??? I'm not paying anyone almost $1000 to move boxes and furniture. After speaking to a different person on the phone they said our home is too big and it would take them that long. Needless to say, we rented a Uhaul and called in reinforcements (family and friends) to get the job done. We had the truck loaded in about 2 hours! Someone may have wrote gullible on the ceiling but I didn't fall for it.

Zero Stars!!!!!!!!!!! Yall I can't remember the last time I wrote a review but I absolutely can't wait to complain about this horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful company! I don't think it's even a company. So they left a card on our apartment door with $25 off. Who wouldnt take that deal especially since other moving companies charge $300-$400. I even read the bad reviews and I still called them. Smh. They were suppose to be here at 6pm. They called to confirm at 5pm. It's now almost 9pm and no word from the movers. Each time I called to see where they were, I kept getting lame, dull, excuses from some lady. We only need then to move big items and they didnt even show up. I'm so pissed! Stay away!!! These reviews are here for a reason. This company should just close their doors. Pitiful excuse for a business

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!The original owner sold this company about a year ago. Previously, moving with them was such a pleasant and professional experience. However since they got sold, they really, I MEAN, REALLY, don't care for you and your business. They are rude, unprofessional, dishonest and all around A-1 Crooks!!! They moved everything to the bottom floor and wouldn't complete it. Their moving van didn't have a ramp for crying out loud!! Plus not only were the movers rude, the dispatcher was a complete and utter jerk. They only wanted to do things their way, which ended up with us calling friends to practically do the move all over again, while overcharging you. They're riding on the coattails of the old owner, his wife and their old staff. And boy, they had an excellent reputation. The ads, pictures and videos you see on their website are not, i repeat, are not the guys you'll be dealing with.  Do you like throwing away money? Hire these guys. Do you really seek out poor service? Hire these guys. Do you want the worst possible moving experience houston has to offer? Please call this company.This was such a positive moving company i recommended to everyone. It's basically a rogue shop now

I also used this moving company. My move was a nightmare. They packed some of my boxes and DID NOT MARK the boxes with the content on the outside of each box,,,,,,not even a room by room on the outside. The morning after my move I had the cable man show up and I had to go thru 30 Plus boxes to find the cable box. My sofa was damaged and a vase that was expensive since they did not wrap it with the bubble wrap I purchased for them!!!  I called and spoke to Judy and she was very understanding. I then realized that was Samsung Tablet was missing.  Before accusing anyone I went thru all the boxes. This took a while since I also changed jobs. After completing this task I contacted Sprint to see if the Tablet had been used. They said it has been used so I then reported as STOLEN.  I was sure the Tablet was stolen by one of the movers. I called and spoke to John and could have cared LESS. He was rude and keep saying "So what do you want me to do" in a rude voice. He became conformational to the point I hung up on him. I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO USE THE COMPANY. Poor customer service and they could care less about you or your belongings.  STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!
