3 Fast Movers

My experience  with 3fastmovers was disastrous. They were a no call, no show on my move out day leaving me to have the most stressful moving day of my life this far. .  It was extremely disastrous that i had not received a call or text to Confirm my appointment and after they were not on time ,I had to call them.  When i spoke to rene, he simply stated in confusion "we booked you ? Ooohh nooo.. ummm yeahhh let me call you back in 30 minutes. . " he never called back. . So after waiting Another hour, I called him but when I called, He wouldn't answer the phone.  This is the worst thing thing you want to happen to you on a move out day. . To be stood up by your movers. I hope they become more organized, and professional in regards to customer service and communicating and confirming all appointments with the customers. . This was extremely a horrible experience to encounter when moving is already a highly stressful situation of its own, I would not recommend if this is this commonplace for them. . I'm sure everyone may not have had this experience with them. .This is just my real personal experience.

I ended up cancelling with another mover after feeling uncomfortable with reports of having items stolen.  I was able to book these guys on short notice and they were willing to work with me on the time.  We ended up starting at 7pm from my apartment complex and moving to a house.  The 2 guys that showed up did not speak a lick of English, but they understood what I was saying and asking for and what room to put stuff in.  I just can't say enough about the 2 guys that moved me.  They were super nice and did a phenomenal job.  They took major care to use blankets and wrap everything.  It appeared they were following a specific set of procedures, which is also a good sign for the company.  The job was not easy, but no complaints, no major breaks, no laziness, just worked away and got it done.  I am very appreciative of their help.
