Not bad, showed up in the time window provided.  Took the mattress and box springs away.  My only gripe was the price.  When i first called and made the appointment, i made sure to ask the price.  i repeated it 3 times with the person over the phone.  When the guys showed up, they showed me a price that was much higher than what i was originally told.  Its not the fact that i had to pay more, its the fact that the call center gave me one price and they have a price sheet with different prices.

Sorry if you're disappointed that I told the truth.  Only one of your employees was empathetic and professional and unfortunately he is not the one who made the mistakes.  I already have you the name of your employee who we were complaining about!  If he hadn't left a bunch of trash in the house and 8 huge boxes full of stuff on the patio AND THE GARAGE untouched, then we wouldn't have filed a complaint at all.  We walked your employees through the house and gave them specific instructions.  And in fact, I don't blame them entirely.  I blame your biz as a whole because you don't use contracts.  The only reason I ended up getting a discount is after I threatened to take you to court.  And you didn't give me a $700 discount, only $200.  If you're going to try to say that the rest of the stuff had to be hauled of in a third truck then you are lying.  It was only a small portion of a third truck which I shouldn't have been charged for anyway.  Sorry but your company is not one I'd like to do business with again, and I wouldn't want anyone I know going through the same thing either.  Again ...... I would suggest you start using a contract and give accurate quotes.

I really wanted to rate them about 3.5 stars, but only whole stars are allowed. The guys showed up to the job early and were done in less than an hour! Kudos to them. They were very professional and cordial too. My only gripe is that their pricing is like "good lawd that's a lot of money" expensive! Wooh! I almost passed out when he told me what they charge to remove a few rooms worth of furniture. Thankfully the manager gave me a break since I had to get my stuff out quickly. Again kudos to them for that but even with the break it was still expensive! I probably wouldn't use them again unless they lower those prices by a couple hundred bills a load. They should also publish their pricing guide (showing the minimum $128 fee and pricing per fraction of load) so customers know what they're getting themselves in to.

Calling this company was the best thing I could have done in my situation.I recently bought a fixer-upper and needed a lot of trash, clothes, couches, ect removed. I called the company & within 2 hours they had two guys come to give me an estimate. It was in my $500 budget. They came out the next day and within a couple hours the two guys had the junk out & hauled it off. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to clean out a house or storage building FAST. I highly recommend their employees Alex & Josh, they worked non-stop and got the job done right!!! Great duo.

I booked my appointment online for later that same evening and received $10 off, which was great! The two men who came to haul away an old couch from my apartment were finished in about 10 minutes and were very polite and professional.
