Customer service DOES still exist!  I spoke with Sandy on the phone and Grover upon arrival and both were beyond amazing!  Super helpful AND friendly!  I HIGHLY recommend them for ALL of your storage and trailer rental needs!

After a few years of moving around often I can say with certainity that this is an exceptional u-hual location.I just picked up a truck for the day.  Nothing complicated.  But the guys were friendly and professional.   Just Great.

This place has been fantastic.  We moved various items (boxes, junk, couches) during a move and only needed to use a long bed pick-up.   The customer service is unbelievable- these guys were friendly, professional, and added no unnecessary stress to the moving process which is a big compliment.  We actually rented trucks on two separate occasions, and both times the trucks were clean, drove great and got the job done.  For the price ($20 fee plus ~50¢ per mile plus refill the gas to where it was when you got it), you can't find a better option (unless you have a generous friend with a pick-up of course).

This review pertains to all U-Haul, not specifically this location.  Equipment plentiful, clean at this location.  But UHaul uses a teaser rate and you find out about the "extra" (10x the posted rate) when you're on site.Having seen "Rent this van $19.95" on a panel van, I called this UHaul location to reserve a truck or panel van.  Told the guy on the phone I'd be driving my daughter's stuff to OKC on a one day turnaround.  Emphasized to him that I would be there as they opened @ 7 am so I could get the equipment back that night.  Reserved by phone with confirmation by email.  But only now do I realize that the emailed confirmation listed no daily rental rate.When I got to this site on the morning of the move, I learned for the FIRST TIME that, since I was driving 400+ miles, my rental was COMMERCIAL.  The rate exploded to over $200 (plus gas).  I told the U Haul man I was NOT commercial -- I was receiving NO money for moving my daughter's stuff.  Still, Commercial rate applied.  Had I known it would cost $250 would have moved the goods in my own car, but by the time I went to rent the equipment and FIRST learned the true cost, we were already pressing the noon deadline.  My point here isn't what regulations apply..... point is, the man I reserved with over the phone KNEW I was doing a day trip to OKC and NEVER made one comment about the rate being anything other than $19.99/day.   I find this deceptive.

The people here were AMAZING! They were helpful with everything I needed and went through all my options (like returning unused boxes, renting instead of buying furniture covers, etc...). When I went to buy a lock because I thought it wasn't working, they showed me how to lock the truck and didn't try to sell me a different lock than what I had. I felt like they were all about customer service and not trying to up-charge or sell unnecessary things. Extremely happy with my service!
