Like everyone else has said DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are an absolute scam and will steal your money, don't be swayed by a cheap price, they are crooks. Unfortunately my older parents were scammed by them trying to move my sister from Dallas to Houston, please pay for a better quality company and decent human beings.

Do not use.  He would not give us name of company. Only FT movers.  Final touch.  So we did not Google or research him. This guy is a crook. Do not use do not use. Requests cash only.  There may be a little IRS phone call. Would have given zero stars.  But can't.    He took advantage of a single mom when she needed movers.  Criminal.  Crooks.

DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I had a deal with Final Touch Company Carrollton TX 75010, for moving my stuffs to a 2 bed apartment (it was a 3 bed apt to 2 bed apt moving within the same apartment complex). They fixed the price 75$ per hour and 45$ per trip.Three guys came they worked for 3 hours and did 2 trips, am supposed to pay 325$ maximum including tax, BUT THEY ASKED FOR 461$ AND ALSO SAID THERE IS NO RECEIPT AND THEY NEEDED IT IN AN ENVELOPE. They were very very irresponsible with my expensive stuffs. I have tried to call the agency to make sure things and they neither attend the call nor return me a call.This is the more interesting part THEY BROKE MY "TV" ,"BED", "SUITCASE HANDLE".I have texted their boss and told him all of this and he told me like there is nothing they can do without a receipt.Man, this is the baddest experience ever happened to me in entire life.

I have filed a police report against this company, as they did not show up with ALOT of our things.  In addition to being late to every set appointment (Said they would be there at 7 am, showed up around 9:30 am... etc.)  When they finally did transport our things, ALOT of things are missing.  Including but definitely not limited to, my "old" bibles (my deceased father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfathers), a cross that matches the one my father was buried with, a deep freeze (how do you misplace a deep freeze?), the baby crib, etc.  What did make it to our house, had huge scratches, and my antique chest had the leg broken off.  Jay refuses to return our calls, so we have gone to the Fort Worth Police in hopes of some answers.

They came over, then told me they didn't take credit cards. As I went to get cash they just sat there and didn't move a thing. They arrived at 12:30 and didn't start moving until 1:00. We hired them to move and pack and they showed up with boxes ($199 extra) at 1:40 and packed maybe 8 boxes between 6 movers. On top of only moving maybe %30 of our belongings for $800, that's right, $800, they took the boxes we paid for and refused to return them. Also, I called the guy who I signed the contract with, told him the situation, and he offered another hour. Then, his crew decided they didn't want to do it. They're crooks who I will be calling the BBB to report their negligent actions.
