Wow, I am shocked these guys have gotten such bad reviews! I have used them 2 times and have had a good experience both times. They showed up on time ( although they do give you a 5 hour window, which is a beating- they will call you 30 minutes before they come). I moved in the miserable rain this weekend and they were fast, efficient and nice enough to put down clean blankets on my new carpet so they wouldn't track in mud. They didn't mind moving my stuff a few times around my apartment and even helped me unload my TV from my car. They did not charge me extra for being high maintenance. One of the guys was really freaking cool, I had my itunes on while unpacking and he about died when Nas came on and I went all OG on him. ( I am a fairly small white girl by the way). Then we talked about the Slipp Inn and became bff.All in all, they did their job, gave me a flat fee to move all of my furniture ( of heavy wood), washers/dryers, over 30 boxes and a sleeper sofa all for under $300. Give them a try again, ask for Parnell- he hooked me up with a "loyal customer" discount. Score!

This was the worst moving experience in my life. They damaged several pieces of my furniture including placing a hole in my new mattress, cracked my TV stand and scratched up my bedroom dresser which was in excellent condition.  I've had that dresser for years and now it's completely ruined with deep scratches all across the top portion.  Nils, the customer service manager, will not return my calls despite several attempts after the initial complaint.  Prior to the move, they offer you the best customer service and call you on the daily to ensure they have secured your business.  After the move, they completely disappear, always on meetings or on other calls.  Beware! If you're low on your budget seek elsewhere because in the long run, this will cost you more money. They need to be responsible and repair my damaged items.

Yelp is forcing me to give these guys even 1 star!!!!! We had a move set up on Saturday and guess what... they never showed!!! We were moving things from our store to storage and this was just a terrible experience...my mom has been calling to cancel, but no one answers the phone now. *Not surprised*... But she did leave a pretty nice voicemail cancelling. You definitely get what you pay for, so my advice is just to find another company, someone RELIABLE and who won't give you the run around.

I would give them less than zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible!!! STAY AWAY!!! The Woman who booking our reservations bragged about how professional they were and how good their movers were. LIAR LIES FAKE!!! We were given timeframe of 12-5. It is now 8. NO SHOW. We started calling at 4 and was told the drivers were on the way. Then we called again at 5 and no one answered the phone. My boyfriend went to office at 7 and no one was there although their website said they were open until 8. SCAMMERS!!!

This is the worst moving company I have ever used and never again. They damaged my furniture and wont come forward and pay for it. They keep trying to run away from our claim. They tell you they have sent a check but never did they. I has been nothing but a run around with this company. One of their reps who came to the house to look at the damage never got back to us on the recourse. Finally after hounding them they said alot of it was old . Well that was b/s ... This same rep. admitted they have received many complaints from the BBB. So before you use this company check with the BBB you have your eyes opened..... Good luck
