The guys came on time, hustled all day. Worked their butts off. They were courteous and professional. The job took longer than anticipated,  but I think that was mainly my husband inaccurately estimating the amount of stuff we had.None of my breakables got broken! A few pieces of furniture did get scratched but the crew handled it with the utmost professionalism and concern (and things are bound to happen... it was nothing irreplaceable). However, dealing with their 3rd party claims provider (CSI) has been hell. But I would recommend the movers.

THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD - DO NOT USE THEM!So I planned my move from Dallas to Denver at the beginning of January and even payed for a specific time and date for my items to arrive in Denver (the day I was moving into my house). They were not only 2 days late but when they got there my 48'' flat screen tv was completed shattered, my West Elm desk had a broken leg and my office chair wasn't even there. They had to put my items in storage for 2 months and all of my items were damp and the packaging was completely destroyed. Also, when the movers finally arrived they demanded $780 in cash before they could even move my items so I had to run to the ATM to go and get cash out.Do yourself a favor and never, ever use this company. Also, the office staff is terrible! No one ever returns your emails in a timely manner and when you do call you have to go through an automated system so it takes awhile to even get on the phone with a human being.I don't know how this company doesn't go out of business. HORRIBLE x 1,000,000!

I had worst possible experience with Ateammoving. In short, they were rude, non-responsive, charged extra money at pickup and delivery for things already present in the quote, delayed delivery, broke my office table and lost (soundbar, patio table, bed frame wooden planks etc.)When I was talking to them to get quote and finalize everything, my point of contact Kyle Langford was very responsive & always reachable over phone/email even for the slightest queries. When movers came to pick up stuff then the problem started, movers started asking me extra money to dissemble and pack my furniture (bed, tables, couch & lamp). These things were discussed in advance and cost was covered in the quote. I called Kyle and he agreed to it, however, he was not able to convince his boss and another person and I had to pay extra money as Kyle stopped responding to my calls/email and his boss was very rude and uncooperative. My stuff was to be in storage for upto 2 weeks and then shipped from TX to NJ which would take around 1 week which is around 10/16. However, I got my stuff 31 days later on 11/15 which is 48 days from arrival date. I regularly called/emailed then from 10/16 to 11/15 in which they were rude, uncooperative & not responsive again. For first couple of days they (Kyle Langford, Cecilia Sanchez & Jazimine Douglas)kept on telling me that they will get back to me, then they started saying that they don't know the ETA and will let me know as soon as the truck will arrive. After that they promised my wrong delivery dates for more then 10 days. Cecilia Sanchez & Jazimine Douglas were super rude in most of these conversationsFinally when I received my stuff, I noticed that parts of my bed are missing because of which they had to leave without assembling it and its useless now. My samsung soundbar & patio table were missing and office table was broken. They charged me extra for elevator to apartment distance and when I talked about it the movers said they are third party and they don't care whatever Ateammoving promised. Ateam guys were as usual uncooperative and rude.

My A Team Moving horror story: so I had set up the move weeks ago.  They had originally told me 9am, but then the day before when I called to confirm the move, they said I was the first move on the schedule and they would come as early as 7am, my window being from 7-11am.  So I rushed the night before to get everything ready for the movers to come at 7am.9am rolls around and no movers and no 30 minute "we're on our way" phone call.  I call my contact Kyle and they tell me one of their movers is sick but give them 20 minutes and they'll be on their way.I call at 10am and Kyle's on the other line (uh huh). After being on hold forever, the dispatcher Haley says they have to prep the truck and unload some boxes and after that, they'll be on their way.Well, I'm sure you can guess the rest.  I called again at 11:20am and Haley says they have to get gas but the latest they'll be there is 12:30pm.  By that point, my wife and I had started to call other moving companies to move us that day.  Luckily, we find one that can move us the same day, so I call to cancel our appointment.  "Oh, but the movers are minutes away from your house [in Lewisville]," one of the girls says. (Haley was on the other line, wink wink)The movers call and try to bargain with us that they an still do the job.  "We're on 75 and leaving right now," one of the movers says. (FYI, 75 is not minutes away from Lewisville."So the moral of the story is this: ALWAYS check Yelp.  I didn't and had a horrible experience with these lying, cheating people.  The sales guy sounded really professional and put-together but don't let them fool you: they don't return phone calls and lie straight to your, uh, phone when you do reach them.Never again.

TL;DR: Piss poor communication from the office to myself, the movers, the driver. Shitty planning by the office causing slow delivery (7+ days from expected delivery). Delivery itself found missing items, and one person to do a three person job. Managements refusal to take responsibility for the mistakes. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.I made a terrible mistake. I did a long distance move from Dallas, TX to Tucson, AZ and from the get go I had so many issues. For starters, they got the date of my pickup wrong. I had to call them the week before my move to confirm since I had literally heard NOTHING between the day I scheduled (December 16) and the day I was to move (January 11th). Upon calling to confirm, they had pickup listed as Jan 24th, which is the day I was supposed to have delivery (more on that later). The day of the move, they show up at 7am, and have no idea what I had paid for. I was told I was paying a $200 premium so that they would pack everything up for me, disassemble my fruniture and reassemble it on the other side. Both movers seemed very confused as to why nothing was packed up or broken down yet. I forged on and thankfully they had the boxes and materials to pack everything up properly and safely. The movers themselves on the pickup actually did a good job, they just weren't properly informed of the move by the office is my guess. As they finish I sign the paperwork, they tell me the office will send me email updates when my stuff gets to the warehouse, leaves the warehouse, expected arrival dates, arrives in Tucson, etc. After this I am out of the country for two weeks, from the 12th to the 23rd. Not that it matters since the office would never try to get a hold of me anyways. I get back in the US and start my drive from DFW airport to Tucson (a nice 14 hour drive, I wouldn't recommend doing it). After realizing that I have no correspondence from the office I give them a call. The woman on the other end transfers me and I sit in hold for about 5 minutes, talk to someone else, get transferred again, finally I find out after about a 20 minute call that my stuff is still in the warehouse. They assure me my stuff will be on the truck the next day (Saturday) and will be delivered either Sunday or Monday. Once again, i am promised a call when the status updates. I say OK, one or two days won't kill me, I have a suitcase full of clothes and my work laptop with me.Two days pass. Its now Monday and I haven't heard anything so I call them again. My stuff is still in the warehouse. Pitiful. This process repeats two or three times during the week, I call, they apologize and say it will be in the truck, I don't hear anything and have to call back. Finally they tell me my stuff is on the truck, on its way, that the driver will call me to work out times on saturday and that it will be delivered the following Sunday (this is now Superbowl Sunday) So a full week after when they originally told me. I wait for a call from the driver, it never comes, so I call him Sunday and he confirms he will be there that night around 7 (right around when the halftime show was on). But he tells me he would have to come alone without movers. On top of this, he says if he has to stay in Tucson over night in order to wait for movers he will charge me an extra $250 or $300. I obviously say OK. Come alone. By this point I see what I got myself into. I want my stuff in my possession before these guys hold it hostage and demand more money. So he shows up in an 18 wheeler and I live in a gated apartment complex. He threatens to leave and charge me money and I convince him to back it up to my apartment because its basically a straight shot. OK. He takes my money, and demands cash over credit or check. Then we unload the truck I have to help move everything (remember I paid to not have to do this) and on top of this either him or the warehouse lost three of my chairs (of a 5 set) and didn't reassemble any of my furniture. So now I have been in the process for the past two weeks trying to get a hold of management. I talked to him one time and he was defensive and arguing with me. We left the call saying he would see what he could do to refund some money. Every time I call now he is either not in the office or on another call and he still hasn't made a decision to refund the premium I paid. Thankfully, I have every phone call recorded with full audio and if this isn't resolved within a week I will be filing a civil suit and contacting the better business bureau as this is completely unacceptable.
