Let's say you have to move this weekend, and this is the only company available to do so. Well in that case you are better off getting a mule a rope and taking it all yourself. I have never seen a customer service so unwilling to help and accommodate what their previous management stated to me. My pre-move total came out to $227, and the previous manager told me that if it went over it wouldn't be too much more. Tell me if paying $1000 total during the move date sounds fair? Because to me $773 in overages does not equal to "not too much more". I talk to the previous manager the same night of the move, and she tells me "Yes, this is not your fault. Fill out this report and we will refund you." So I did exact as she asked, then I tired emailing this previous manager for about a month straight and nothing. Then I find out that they are under new management, and she does not work there anymore (would have been nice if someone told me this instead of me having to find out the hard way). The new manager Robert will not honor what the previous manager told me. This is terrible customer service, and NOT how you do business ... Stay Clear!

DONT USE THESE PEOPLELet me start off by saying that if I could give zero stars I would but Yelp doesn't allow that. I called and got a move time for between 4pm-7pm. We sat around (with our phones next to us) until 6:30 never hearing from them so I gave them a call. They said that they tried to reach both myself and my boyfriend a number of times but could not get a hold us. We had our phones on us the whole time and they had the correct numbers so not really sure what happened. When I told the scheduler this she did absolutely nothing for us. We never got movers and had to figure out another option to move. To say the least their customer service is extremely poor.

Booked three weeks in advance. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 10 and they just told me they're coming at 11:45. No apologies- they were just filled with excuses and barely spoke English. I called the company and they had said they might be 30 minutes late at most- never said anything about over an hour and a half. I had also told them I had a staircase and when I called to confirm they said I never told them.If you can avoid it...don't hire them. Pay a little more, get someone with better service. Not worth the anxiety.
