I had movers scheduled yesterday evening at 6pm... no show, no call, and I had to be out of my apt by midnight... I called Nick at 7:23pm and he said he could have a crew here in a couple hours. I was SOOO glad! Brandon and Jorge were finishing up another move and were going to go home to their families but they came to my rescue instead. They arrived 30 minutes quicker than I expected. They worked quick, and when we realized all of my things would not fit in the truck, they coordinated with the boss to be available bright and early this mornong so we could get the rest before I get charged an extra days rent at the old place. I've looked at the reviews and most consumers have realize some people have bad experiences with every company on the planet. I personally had a great experience with Reliable Movers and would recommend Brandon amd Jorge for anyone. They were great guys, moved fast even though it was 9pm and their 3rd move of the day, very personable and friendly. They wrapped everything really well and got it all in where I wanted it. These guys truly saved me, I don't know what I would have done of they hadn't agreed to take one more call on short, late-night notice. Thanks, Brandon and Jorge!!!

Finally settled this issue, but with Nick. Someone else was being a responsible business owner instead and took the fault for him. So here is an update. I originally contacted AM Moving Company for this move. Back in June, Nick was working for AM Moving Company as a contractor or some sort. Since all movers from AM were booked on that day, they sent Nick's crew instead. Then the rest, you could read from my previous reviews. After numerous attempts to reach out to Nick about my damage claim, and numerous lies and runarounds given by Nick, I finally decided to contact AM Moving Company. The owner of AM Moving Company was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault. I personally feel bad for the AM owner due to Nick's irresponsibility. The issues I have been battling with Nick for THREE MONTHS was resolved with AM Moving Company in matter of days. There are many reasonably priced movers in DFW, I highly recommend AM Moving Company based on their customer service. Please save yourself the headache and nightmare of dealing with Nick, go with another mover!!

"Owner" sent over fake quote, called them when they were 3 hours late on moving day, he said he will call back and let us know when the movers were coming. Guess what No call! And he didn't answer our phone calls the rest of the night. RELIABLE movers? MORE like really shady dude who sits around and pretends to be an actually company but isn't. Can't believe this "company" is even advertised at all. They will be reported to the BBB  and hopefully someone will let this kid know how wrong and sad it is to make a family wait around all day to move out.

Had a jobScheduled at 9am. Texted back and forth the day before and the day of the job. When 9 am rolled around, no response. Should have read the reviews before calling them.

Sorry, but I need to update my review.  As you can see from my April 2, 2016 review, I was extremely happy with this place.  In fact, so satisfied, my sister hired Reliable Movers to move her items from storage into her new apartment.  She contacted Reliable Movers several weeks in advance and scheduled the move to be done on Friday, October 7, 2016.  Several things happened since her initial schedule for her October move:1.  She got a phone call on October 1, 2016 asking where she was at.  She explained to the person on the phone that the move was scheduled for October 7, 2016, NOT October 1, 2016.  The person on the line apologized for the misunderstanding and reset it on correct date.2.  On Wednesday, October 5, 2016, my sister contacted Reliable Movers to confirm the move on October 7, 2016, to which, she received a confirmation.3.  On Friday, October 7, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., no movers.  She called and called... and called.  No answer.  I even called for her, still no answer.  Finally, a little after 10:00 a.m., she was informed that the movers were in Allen, Texas and they did not have her on the calendar for October 7, 2016.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME???  4.  My sister wound up canceling their service and had to hire another last minute company.  The move had to happen that day.  Because of this, she had to spend $250 over her budget to get this new company to move her. 5.  My sister made a review about her experience with Reliable Movers, The owner had the audacity to defend his company, stating that they did offer to reschedule the move date AND THEN asked her to remove her bad review and make a new review. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!???  Newsflash!!!  Most people who hire movers need the move done on the date scheduled!!!  Also, take responsibility for your actions!!!  Apologize that your business messed up and do not ever ask someone to change their review.  YOU messed up.  YOU take action to fix it.  IT IS NOT ON THE CUSTOMER!  Also, as a moving business, I suggest you acquire a calendar and use it.  Make sure ALL people within your business are on the same page with regard to the calendar and scheduling. Long story, I know.  But the moral of this, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
