Excellent service! Quick response, friendly and prompt. Moved a piano up some windy stairs perfectly. I was very impressed with how the men worked together and communicated well not only with the customer but amongst themselves! Highly recommend.

We were moving across town and needed a professional piano mover to move our baby grand and then also had general moving needs for the rest of our belongings.  We contacted Piano Relocators specifically to move our piano, but ended up using them for moving our entire house.  First, Josh and his team did a great job moving our piano with a lot of care, and provided some great overall information regarding ongoing care of the piano.  Second, we had a team of three guys working hard to move the rest of our furniture and belongings.  They were very professional and polite, and were focused on their work.  They were very careful with our property and did a great job wrapping the furniture in plastic wrap and blankets for the move.  They disassembled all of the furniture we asked them to, and when we reached the new house, they were very deliberate in ensuring that they place the items in the rooms we wanted them to, and reassembled everything that needed to be.  They even paid attention to details such as putting blankets on the stairway rails to prevent bumps and scratches.  We had one wooden footboard that somehow ended up with a scratch on it, and the owner Josh, upon final inspection with his team, took responsibility and paid for a furniture technician to come out and repair at our house, and looks as good as new.  Lastly, Piano Relocators quoted a price that was lower than other movers were proposing.  So, between quality of service and price, we were very pleased with Josh and his team, and would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of using Josh Cope's company Piano Relocators last month when I sold my Yamaha U2 upright and also had to move my Young Chang grand. I was completely amazed by Josh's quick availability to perform the moves on very short notice and especially for the really great price he offered. I'm not planning on moving that grand again anytime soon, but maybe you need a piano moved. In my book there is simply no one better than Josh for the job. Great guy offering a great service! Plano Relocators moved our piano from Fort Worth to Frisco.  They were ontime, prepared, knowledgable in piano moving and more than exceeded our expectations.  To add to it, their rates were reasonabe.  Without hesitation, very glad that we used this company and highly recommend Josh and team.
