Are you kidding me?  Your excuse is not the truth. You refused to accept my phone call on the day prior to our move or respond to my text message. You say your car accident was coincidentally the morning of my move.  What is your excuse for the day prior? There is nothing you can say to explain your lack of professionalism and disrespect for me as a customer. Because of you I had to pay an additional $1,000 to another company who agreed at the last minute to call in a extra crew and worked late in the night to complete our move. We had to be out on the day we schedule with you so there was no option to wait a day or two.  Not only did you ignore my phone call, text message, email,and Facebook message but, you never returned any of my attempts to contact you. You didn't even have the decency to contact me after you received any of these messages to apologize. Now 15 months later you decide to respond to my Yelp review obviously in an effort to make the Yelp community think there was an explanation that justified your actions. Blake, there is no justification and no excuse.  For whatever reason you claim, you did not show up for our scheduled move and this caused me a great deal of stress and cost me a considerable amount of money that I had not expected to pay. I am not the first and I'm sure I won't be the last to have a complaint about your company. I am however one who chose to share my experience truthfully with anyone interested in reading about it. You chose not to communicate with me the day before, the day of, and for 15 months after my scheduled move. You never offered to reimburse me for the additional expense incurred as a result of your failure to show up for my move that had the terms clearly defined in our agreement.  You say you "wish nothing but the best to me and my family" but never tried to make right the wrong caused. That is not how a business should treat their customers and I hope no one else ever has to go through what I did as a result of your actions.

My husband and I have experienced horrible moving company's before so of course we were little worried when we had to move again, but let me tell you these guys are awesome they take such good care of your stuff super patient super helpful, their are no hidden fees with these guys all the pricing is very straight forward and a super good deal when you ask me because their customer service alone is worth it! They un-install and install everything for you which makes everything so much easier. We moved a couple months back so this review is definitely  over due. I can honestly say I would not trust any other moving company!
