Thank the lord I found Movers Universal. Amazing company with even better customer service. I'm moving my stuff out of my parents house in Dallas to my college room in Austin, Texas. I was very doubtful that all of my items would arrive safely just because I've had items break in nearly every move back to college from home. IM extremely satisfied the way everything was packed up and then carefully unpacked once it arrived to my dorm in Austin. I would recommend this company for anyone, but I guess specifically students like me moving back to their dorms. Ask for Ben and Justin they helped me out and even saved me a few extra bucks on my original quote. Thanks again guys.

These guys were just absolutely great ! I had to move from Dallas all the way to Houston and they did it with no hassle at a relatively low cost . I was only taking my bed along with a minimal amount of furniture along with the standard boxes of crap lol.

This is seriously the best Moving Company ever! Movers Universal was an A+ in my book. Extremely affordable, excellent customer service on the phone, careful and precise moving crew, and phenomenal speed. I will be back Movers Universal! My friend told him he was referred to them by his apartment complex so I decided to give it a shot. Wow! were these guys right. This is real deal moving. I highly suggest you book Movers Universal for your next move in the Dallas area.

I hired Movers Universal 3 weeks ago for my moving needs. Based on the yelp reviews the company seemed one of the best one. Don't let this fool you! My move seemed to have a good start, the crew (Francisco, Angel and Francisco S.) arrived on time and started wrapping and loading at a good pace. They were surely fast, but my valuable items paid the price for the speed. At offloading our expensive corner china cabinets was thrown over the shoulder of one of the movers; when I saw it my jaw dropped how irresponsibly that was handled. As a result the mirror broke inside. Also our mini safe was ran up on the drive way with a dolly by one person only, which ended up falling off of the dolly and braking the pad off and scratching the side at multiple places. Our corner computer desk tray broke off, as well as the washer loading door cracked due to very similar handling situations. Not to mention that the wall and our brand new floors were damaged while they carried the furniture. It is one thing when accidently a scratch happens, but this was a negligent move with untrained movers.  I reported the claim 1 day after the move with pictures. It's been 3 weeks and I am unable to talk to a manager or a live person who could remedy the issue and no one has returned my phone call as promised several times. I am getting an email back with a statement that upper management has been notified of the situation and they are looking into it. The new business line if fully staffed and you get your new move set up within minutes, but the claim department is useless. They take your money, but watch out if you have to resolve an issue, you are on your own.

Movers Universal helped me so much with moving my big belongings from Dallas to UT Austin!! Super friendly people, professional, clean, and most importantly they know what they're doing. I had a few fragile items (such as a TV, speaker, and glass apartment decorations) that I was worried about but they handled everything with care. It's clear that they are experienced and reliable. All my expectations were met and my move was made so much easier!! Would definitely recommend Movers Universal to any of my Dallas friends that need some help w a move.
