Update.  I stayed in contact with Metro Moving because I would be moving again (new apartment finally ready) within weeks of putting my property in storage.  We encountered an issue with the new apartment which resulted in me canceling the move until we could resolve our concerns.  I offered to pay Metro Moving due to the cancellation because I felt it was the right thing to do.  Once our issues were resolved, I contacted Metro Moving on a Sunday via email.  With no response by end of day Monday I called.  After rearranging moves for that Thursday, my appointment was confirmed.  Tuesday at 5pm I was informed that my move was being canceled.  I do appreciate being informed, however it left me scrambling to find new movers.  I spent the entire Wednesday on the phone. We move frequently and I was hoping that I had finally found a company whose number I could put on speed-dial.  Moving is really stressful enough without worrying about appointments being canceled after confirming.  I understand that things happen sometimes but I want a resolution that gives us another option.

I HIGHLY recommend Metro Movers! They were fantastic, friendly and fast. Because of a glitch on my end, my request for moving services did not reach them. They were so kind and professional and fit me in for a move less than 24 hours later! They went above and beyond and were finished 30 minutes early. If you want the best, call Metro Movers!

Metro Moving Company provided a great service. The 2 movers sent to assist me were professional and mindful of my items. I really appreciated how they went straight to work upon arrival and did not stop until the move was complete. Thanks for your awesome service!

These guys are the BEST! If you have a move coming up, I highly recommend hiring them. I had and excellent experience with this company from the first time I called to the end of my move. When scheduling my move, Marco was very helpful and accommodating. Dennis and Sergio were the movers and they were wonderful. Not only were they professional, hard working, and efficient, but they were also friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time! If I move again, I will definitely be using this company!

I just used them today after my friend sent me their information yesterday. I read their reviews, so I figured why not try them out? I was moving about Dallas for the 3rd time and did NOT feel like going through the process of getting a U-Haul, finding helpers, etc. I'm very impressed, for as much stuff as I had, everything was moved from the third floor of my old apartment to the third floor of my new apartment in 2 hours 15 minutes. Huge truck for multiple items, they wrapped up the small stuff, covered the things that were breakable (glass). They were both 2 cool guys as well and very professional when they spoke (yes sir, no sir). IF I EVER have to move in Dallas again they will be the FIRST and ONLY ones i call for sure. Shoutout to Luiz and Francisco! Thanks guys!
