I'm more than satisfied with the performance from the guys at Long distance Movers. Everything went smoothly and with no problems. I had them ship about twenty five pieces of special equipment and furniture. I own a shop and I needed to move to a bigger place, since I couldn't really fit everything I had in the garage I was working in before. At first we wanted to ride cross country and transport the cars we had that way, but we soon realized it wasn't a good idea. So we decided to find a company to do it for us. And our cars are my life, so I wasn't gonna let just anyone transport them. I mean it would cost me a fortune if anything happened to any one of them.. Anyway, my girlfriend suggested we hire professional movers at Long Distance, as some of her relatives had used their services before and they were satisfied. So we gave them a call, explained the whole situation and set the dates.Of course, I have other things in my shop other than tools, shelves, and such. So I had the movers pack the whole shop in the end and transport it. I also thought I'd eventually end up having to sort out all the tools, that they'd get all mixed up during transport, but these guys really knew how to pack them properly. Really, all I had to do was put them on the shelves. Everything went perfect, nothing was damaged, and nothing was lost. I mean, not a single screw. We were all pretty impressed. As for the cars, I had them transported in an enclosed truck, since I wanted to be completely sure nothing bad would happen to them. And I also had the guys from Long Distance pick them up from my old shop and drop them off in front of the new one. So with all those extra services, it still came up pretty affordable. Not cheap, but reasonably priced. I had honestly thought they would rip me off big time, since everything seemed so top notch and professional. All in all, I would most definitely advise anyone looking for transporters to consider hiring Long Distance Movers. I mean, these guys are seriously amazing, and they know the ins and outs of their job.

Long Distance Movers is hands down the best moving company we have worked with so far. They took great care of my things and I'm so thankful for them. And it's not like I was transporting pillows, really. I own a pottery workshop, so you can only imagine the things I needed shipped. From fragile pottery to all the equipment I use for making it. Then there were also some shelves, cabinets, tables, chairs, and so on. And then I also needed them to move home, so there was even more cargo than just the shop. But I'm so glad to say that everything went great and I can't thank these people enough.The reason I hired Long Distance Movers is because one of my colleagues recommended them. She was the one who talked me into hiring a moving company in the first place. I was going todo it all by myself first. Not the best idea I have ever had. Haha! I mean I ama woman, and the furniture that was supposed to be moved is pretty huge. Andthen there's all the fragile pottery. So I took her advice and gave LongDistance Movers a call. And I am so glad I did. I told them what the situationwas, and they sent a couple of guys to estimate how much everything was goingto cost. They also walked me through the whole process and told me what Ineeded to do before they came to pack everything. They also agreed to ship mycar, which was amazing, since I thought I'd have to call another company forthat. So on the moving day, they arrived on time. The whole packing processtook several hours, but I have to admit that was my fault, since I wasn'tcompletely ready when they came. But they were understanding. They just helpedme prepare everything and went on with their own tasks. They really knew whatthey were doing with the pottery. Protected it in who knows how many layers ofplastic wrap, paper, and so on. I was amazed. And most importantly, everythingarrived without a scratch. They unpacked everything, reassembled the shelves,helped me put everything to its place, and so on. I literally got back to workthe following morning, the shop was ready for new students and customers prettymuch right away.I do miss my old students back in Texas, but truth be told, my new shop is amazing. It is way bigger,better lit, and just looks much more appealing. And I owe it mostly to the guysfrom Long Distance Movers. They made it all happen and for that I am sothankful. I would definitely recommend hiring these people to anyone lookingfor professional movers. They're the best!

Once we decided to begin the preparations, we realized picking an interstate moving company is way more work than we had thought.We came across many moving companies that would offer us a "package", but somethingdidn't feel right. After hours of research we stumbled across Long Distance Movers and contacted them right away.At first we weren't expecting much, but the very first response we received fromthem assured that they were, in fact, different from all the other movingagencies. These guys were borderline perfect. They understood exactly what weneeded them to do and really tailored to all our needs. We had unlimitedcontact via emails and phone. I was in a bit of a panic when it came to leavingall our wedding gifts and other valuables in care of complete strangers, butthey assured me everything would be fine. And they were right.They showed patience and understanding regarding other commitments we had other thanthe moving process. They also agreed to provide us with free storage services for some items we wanted brought along at a laterdate.The staff of Long Distance Movers were available from the start to the end of the moving process which was very reassuring.Long Distance Movers were the best priced moving company we found, given the scope and the quality of the services they offer.They are absolute professionals that make it all seem so easy. Our relocationwent off without a hitch and we have to admit we actually enjoyed our moving day.We owe it all to these guys!Admittedly, it's pretty scary choosing a stranger to plan your interstate moving and handle your belongings, but we definitely picked the best peopleto do it. David and I will be forever grateful for the most stress free daythat could have turned into a fiasco if we hadn't found them. Great moving company!! Used them while I was moving homes in the Dallas area. I have moved many times before and this was by far my favorite experience. Affordable and they pay attention to detail. I had everything from big heavy chests to small decor and it was all handled with care. The movers arrived on time and followed instructions well. Would definitely use them again!!

This was probably the seventh or eighth time we used services provided by the guys from Long Distance Movers. To be honest, I feel a little ashamed that I haven't written a review for them sooner. But better late than never, I guess. So, as I said, we worked with them a number of times, and every time everything went great. They really know their job. All of their staff is well-trained, and it's so obvious that they are professionals at what they do.Long story short, my wife Connie and I have been moving around the country ever since we have joined the army. It's been Florida to Nevada, Nevada to Oregon, Oregon to NY, NY to Dallas and Dallas to California. So it's been a very active period for us. Luckily we are young and very adaptive to all changes. Besides, we like the traveling and new events each relocation brings. However, in the beginning, it was much easier, we had just a bag each and a few things, but over the years we have cumulated our stuff. This time we relocated to one of our bases in LA. Everything was indicating I was going to stay there for a while. I discussed this issue with Connie and she liked the idea of workingthere. However, her unit did not have a campus there. But some negotiation, our superiors managed to keep us together.Now, the main problem was moving all of our things there. Pretty much every time we moved since we got married, we used LD Movers. So there wasn't really much debating over who to call. A much bigger concern for us was that we had a really short time span to do it. We're talking a week and a half. So we weren't really sure whether this was even possible or not. Anyway, we gave Long Distance moving company a call. I explained our situation and they assured me they could get it done. As usual, an agent would come in to measure our things and offer us a price estimate and so on.I can't really say I was worried about the wellbeing of our belongings. I mean, we had used their services so much before that I knew nothing would go wrong. Nothing ever does with these guys. Really, the only thing I was concerned about was whether or not they would manage to get our things there in time. I mean, we had some essentials with us, but we wouldn't manage without all our things for more than a couple of days.In the end, everything turned out great. They said they could do it, and they did it. We're both satisfied and amazed. They proved to us once again that we have chosen the right company for our crazy lifestyle. So I would just like to thank them once again, for a 100th time, and I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone.
