I had a really great experience with Junk King.  I had a sofa & loveseat that needed to be removed ASAP.  They weren't in stellar condition, so rather than trying to pawn them off on Craigslist, I randomly found Junk King through an internet search.  It was quick & easy to book an appointment online, and I received the confirmation right away. On the day of the pick-up, the movers actually called me 30 minutes ahead of schedule and said they were done with another job early and asked if it was OK to arrive early.  I was happy to have them arrive early.  First off, the gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and professional.  It was nice chatting with them on the way to my apartment.  Once inside, they quickly gave me a good quote for moving the 2 pieces of furniture, I agreed to it, and they began moving them right away.  I originally thought it would take them 2 trips to move both pieces of furniture, but they were so efficient, they only needed 1 trip!  The sofa & loveseat were both out of my apartment within maybe 7 minutes of them arriving.  So efficient! Payment was also very easy, and the ability to use a credit card was convenient.  I would definitely recommend this service if you need old furniture moved out quickly.

Next day service. Arrived on time. Polite & friendly driver & loader. Fair price for service. Can pay cash, check or charge. Swept the area after removal. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend!

My name is veronica am very disappointed with your company. I had an appointment set between the hours of 12pm and 2pm yesterday, Saturday March 7. A man by the name of nick called me at 11:04am (his cell is 972-8**-8498) wanting to know what I needed to be removed because he may be able to fit it on the truck now. I told him a washer, a small TV stand, and broken down moving boxes. he said he did not have the room so he would be over during the appointment time. He called back at 1:04pm and said he had another small job and he would be over when he finished. He never arrived. I called and left a message at 2:30 letting him know I had an appointment at three. He never called back. I called him again and he answered. He said he is the only truck running today and he was off of Harry Hines. Harry Hines Rd is about 30 minuted from me. I rescheduled my appointment to 4pm and told him he must be here by 3:30 because I had to leave. By 3:45 he still had not shown up so I left. When I get back later in the evening, there is a Junk King card thrown on my porch, the washer is gone, and all the boxes are strewn in the street!  I am livid by the lack of professionalism. They fact that he took what he could get money for and left a mess in the street for me to clean is unacceptable! I will be posting this on yelp! and will also be filing a complaint with the main office and the BBB. I cannot believe that a company this big with such a supposedly good reputation would be represented by such a horrible employee!I also took pictures of the mess that was left in the street that I had to CLEAN UP!

Junk king did an extraordinary job on the apartment clean out of the hoarder client I had. Extremely Professional, great prices and did a great job. I will definitely be using them on ALL my haul off jobs!!
