I ended up accepting a job offer in San Antonio and needed moving/delivery services right away! Tim and his team catered to my every need making what would be a typical stressful situation to a pleasant experience. We communicated back and forth and Tim was very good following up ensuring all of our ducks were in a row. He even went out of his way to refer me a packing company to better assist my family. The packing company ended doing an excellent job as well!

I had a great experience working with HotShots today. Tim and co were timely, communicated effectively, and had a really great price point. I had a pretty simple move and it was done in under two hours. I can't thank them enough and I'll definitely be recommending them in the future!

I am overall satisfied with the moving job. I especially like two of the three movers - they are hardworking, courteous, and very friendly to talk to. Take off two stars because:1) When I initially talked to the owner over the phone and asked him questions, I feel that his tone appears orderly. When he explained how everything works and what he can and can't do, I feel that I was talked down to. But I don't think it's intentional, probably this is just part of his personality.2) When the moving was done, I wrote a check to a guy. He basically asked for a tip. I was pressured so I did give a tip to him. But I didn't feel very comfortable about that. After all, it was an easy moving job. It took them a total of two hours to complete it and I paid $400. My husband took all furniture apart so everything is easy to move. On the way a bottle of sauce busted open (again, I don't really blame the movers), but it did drip on a large area of my hardwood floor, and my husband had to clean that up.

Tim Brown sent a great crew to move me from my apartment to my new house. They were on time, courteous and handled my belongings with care. They charge a flat rate unlike other moving companies who charge by the hour. Plastic wrap, tape and blankets are all included in the quoted price. There are no hidden fees. I highly recommend Hotshots for your move.
