I should have read all these 1 star reviews. Simple: if you want to waste money, time and ruin your things please go ahead hire them.It is my fault to choose the "value service" but in the end I paid way more and wasted a whole day.I moved from a third floor two-bed apt to a house. They supposed to come between 7 and 9 but they came at 9AM. The job usually takes 3 - 3.5 hours total. It took them 5 hours only to load 90% of my stuff into their truck. What they aimed for is charging you extra hours. The truck is right downstairs. They made 4-5 stops to move most things like small boxes from the bedroom to their truck. My stuff was put on each stair like a garage sale. The two guys are not even fit for the job because they can barely carry heavy things. Stuff that other movers move using one guy quickly they have to move it using two guys painfully slow. When they were pulling my mattress on the floor, I said please do not make it dirty. One mover became emotional and said I am not their boss and he decides how to do the job. Later he became moody.It took them 40 minutes to travel 3.4 miles because "they need to get some drinks". When they arrive my house it was already 2:38pm. We had other things to do so we had to let them just put most things in the entrance room. It took them another 2 hours to do that. If you think they go slow so they must be gentle to the fragiles, not really. They kinda throw a lot of boxes on the ground even I told them some are fragiles. When they left, it is already almost 5pm.

YOU ARE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the absolute worst moving company you could ever consider. Extremely unprofessional. Scheduled for 11-2 move. Was told they always call 30-45 minutes ahead. At 1:30, I had no call stating movers were on the way. Called the office, they were completely unfazed. At 2:30, still no contact, had to call the office back. Didn't even give me the courtesy to call me to let me know something was wrong. She just told me they were running late and were on the way. Still waiting at 4, called office and got voice mailbox...which was full and couldn't leave a msg. Called office again at 5 and was told there was an issue with a driver. Again, I had to call. When I asked why no one called me, girl told me she was busy. Told me a new driver was on the way. Then told me they would be there at 8 (why 3 hours later if driver was on the way. Inclined to believe it was a lie). I called back 30 minutes later because I needed to see if there was anyway they could come sooner and was told they were cancelling the whole thing because of weather. AGAIN, I had to call them. No apologies, no remorse, nothing. Didn't even try to work with me to reschedule. Just said only availability was 3 days later. Had there been a little bit of "I'm sorry" or anything, It might've been helpful. Terrible! I asked the girl to have the owner call me (she told me he was her only boss). Thought maybe he would try to work with me. Nope. Couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone.
Two days later, called to get my refund and was met with the worst representation of any company EVER. Some assclown named Mark wanted to argue with me when all I wanted was a refund and when I wouldn't agree with him, he screamed at me and hung up me. It was all very dramatic, unnecessary, unprofessional and uncalled for.
These people are the worst. DO NOT USE. I've had really bad customer service before, but, hands down, I have
NEVER experienced something so blatantly horrific. Many stories on this chain to corroborate.

If I could give zero stars I would because they NEVER SHOWED UP!  So my girlfriend called and got a quote and they were supposed to call sometime between 7-9am with 30 min arrival window.  At 9:30 we began calling and only got voice mail around 10:30 someone finally answers.  They tell us the truck broke down and so naturally asked why they wouldn't have called and we were told "oh, it just happened".  Supposed to have called between 7-9am and at 10:30 we're told truck JUST broke down.I suspect this was due to the fact the night before we called to add the additional third man for the extra $20 an hour but now ALL the prices were different so stuck with original quote and two men.  Guess he got a better offer because they completely left us in the lurch! Call anyone else and you will surely have better luck, more consistent pricing and won't have to find someone else at last minute to do what these jokers were supposed to have done.

My couch got scratched up a little bit, but they were so efficient and cheap that I really didn't care.
