This is the worse company ever. They were an hour late and like the other reviews managed to damage a piece of my furniture and now refusing to take care of it. They took thier sweet time. One of the movers even had his underage son helping him and called me asking me not to tell his job because he was helping me out. 3 hours later the only thing they moved was the furniture. I finally told them to deliver that and we would get the rest. 4 hours later we still had over half my stuff left myself. They are dishonest and rude. DO NOT USE.

Great experience all the way around! Communication was easy, setting up the appointment was fast. This company met all of my expectations. I had a full service move. The crew was late. They were supposed to be there 6:30-7:30am and showed at 8:30, but they did call near the original start time to let me know. It wasn't a big deal for me, because I was able to get a few more things done, like eat breakfast, which I hadn't planned on doing. So I'm still giving 5 stars because I appreciated the communication. Pablo was one of the crew members, I never got the second guys name, but they were both amazing! The move went smoothly. The crew got right to work and never slowed down from the time the first box was loaded on the truck until the last box was off the truck and in my new place. No damages to my items whatsoever. I had a 26" truck and the entire move (I moved about 15-20 minutes away) took 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before my roommate purchased these services. I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel that people should be warned. We used this company's services back in January of 2017. We booked early through Groupon so that we wouldn't have to worry about availability. My roommate called Glenda about a few days to a week in advance to go over the charges and fine print before the move. We decided to disassemble everything ahead of time because we thought a disassemble fee was a pointless charge, but we understood to the other charges, such as fuel fees and $25 for stairs. We had a two bedroom apartment and used the first part of the day to move many items ourselves. We left the larger items for the movers. The movers were late so my boyfriend called and they came after an hour. We decided to move large items into the living room for easy access when the movers arrived since we were waiting.Once the movers arrived, they were friendly and we encouraged them to get to work right away because it would be dark soon. One was older and the other seemed to be in his late 20s or early 30s. At first they moved quickly but began to slow down extensively after about 45 minutes, so my roommate, my boyfriend, and I all began to help. They also did not have the proper wrapping equipment so they used some sheer wrap my roommate bought earlier in the week, which she actually planned to return since it was unused. We even began to help them wrap items because they were taking too long. We felt that they should have finished loading the truck earlier since there were now five movers, including us.They finally got the truck loaded and by the time we got to the other apartment, there was only an hour left in the 4 hours we originally paid for through the Groupon. We told them that we refuse to go over time, because this was a less than 4 hour job and if necessary they could just leave it on the curb so we could get it later. They assured us that it would be done. After starting to unload, the younger gentleman informed us that they accidentally left their 4-wheel dolly at the other apartment and asked my roommate to get it. She had to drive about 40 minutes roundtrip and it was fairly heavy. She also bought them snacks and drinks because they looked tired. They finally finished around 10:00 PM. We gave them a significant tip for keeping their promise to finish within the time limit. We looked at the hand-written contract, which had no numbers written on it and was a list of general items such as: stairs, fuel, move time, etc. My roommate signed for the services and verification of the time, and they called Glenda letting her know they were finished. We didn't get a copy or even a carbon-copy that most hand-written receipts have. A few days later, I asked what the total ended up being so that I could send her the funds for my half. She said she didn't know, because no total was on the receipt she signed and she didn't get a copy. My roommate looked at her credit card statement and realized she had been overcharged by about $300. She told me to hold off on paying her because she needed to call Glenda Smith Movers during business hours and figure out what these chargers were about. She called Glenda to request an itemized receipt, and Glenda told her over the phone all of the charges. My roommate told her that we did not use all of the services charged (she charged us for more stairs than were actually present and for the disassemble fee we were sure not to use) and asked for a partial refund. Glenda went on to tell her that she highly doubted that her movers did not have to disassemble anything so that fee would stand. My roommate asked would she at least refund the fees for the stairs that we didn't have. She told her NO. Glenda said that she had a signed contract so we would pay the full amount. My roommate said that she would dispute the charges. Glenda began yelling and saying that she had a contract so she would win in court and she would get her money in dispute. My roommate called me on 3-way and had me listen in to witness the hostility. I was so shocked at the poor customer service. I have never heard a businesswoman talk to anyone that way. My roommate told her there was a person on the phone witnessing this belligerence, and she yelled about having recorded conversations as well and hung up. Hours later my roommate waited for an email with a copy of the contract, but hadn't received it. She called Glenda back and she told my rooommate that she would have sent it, but my roommate hung up before giving her the email address, which was untrue because Glenda was the person that hung up on my roommate. We are currently still in dispute with the credit card company and because we didn't have a picture or carbon copy of the receipt as signed we cannot prove that she added to the contract after signing. We may take this to small claims court. This business really needs to be be reported

Never will use this company again! Horrible!Movers too over 4 hours. They completely destroyed my water cooler! They said they can't do anything about it because I should have Sparkletts move it... Ridiculous!

I've used movers several times before and by far this is the worst one. I moved from Denver and the Denver movers took3.5 hours to load our truck with two men. Loading is much harder than unloading!!! This mover took over 6 hours to unload and my entire family had to start helping towards the end. The movers were both small built people and one was a small older female. They were slow slow slow. If I'm paying $95 an hour I expect fast strong people so they don't damage our belongings. We had damaged furniture but it's impossible to tell who damaged it. We also had to help bring in the washer and dryer because they weren't strong enough. Look around for an experienced mover!!
