Super expensive and slow as hell. I guess that's the way they make their money, by working slow. And if you think you will have retired firefighters show up to you door.... you are wrong. I had high expectations, what a disappointment.

From my first call for a quote, to finish, they were amazing.  We recently used Firehouse Movers for our local move. They moved us from our 2 story 2,700 sq ft house to a smaller one story.  Much of the furniture had to be neatly organized in the garage for storage and they were very helpful on this.  We had one truck with a 3 man crew, Stephen, Carlos and Matt.  They arrived on time and the estimated time from start to finish was exact!  They never stopped running and their communication to each other was great!  Thanks for such a great experience.  I would definately use them again.

Let me just say that I'm extremely impressed with this company. The guys did an outstanding job moving my family to flower mound. Customer service was great and they did as instructed. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Thanks again guys!!!!

Minus 10. We heard rave reviews from a friend and very disappointed. 3 guys, big truck 9 hours later. We were the third move for the crew first mistake. Moved from small two bedroom to same 2 bedroom not a lot of furniture and it took for ever. Takes 25 minutes to new place they took hour and a half to get here. I guess dinner was on us. Not sure if it's the crews fault.  What a greedy owner. They start at 6 they said. Done at midnight. I did call to express my disbelief of the hours money involved and work ethics. They were not firefighters and should not dishonor our brave firefighters. Would not recommend.  Oh and one crew member just folded blankets the entire time.

What an amazing company! We had a 6 man, 2 truck crew (Raul, Alex, Manuel, Mario, Jesus, and James) show up right at 7am. For the next 5 hours they never stopped running - it was phenomenal to watch the stamina these guys had. They were incredibly careful with all of our items and their positive attitude never faltered. In fact, each time they passed me they asked if I was doing okay. It was clear their number one concern was making this a smooth and enjoyable transition. We've made 3 moves in the past 2 years and this was by far the easiest. Wish we had used Firehouse for all our moves!
