Chuck, Gary and Rual did a great job moving our office.  They were set to be there at 5pm and got there 2 1/2 hours earlier which was great! They moved our office from old office to new and had everything off loaded in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in my next move.Lori MurphyClassic Country Land, LLC

Well, I'll start this off by saying it is a year later and after numerous attempts to get my damaged items taken care of, I am still sitting with a damaged desk, grill and washer amongst other things. I would not recommend this company at all. They were not careful with the move and deeply scratched and damaged many walls during the move. They didn't load the the truck correctly, which resulted in a hole in the middle of my desk. Horrific customer service - the one time I heard from them they wanted their moving crew to come and fix the damaged items. This is ridiculous as they broke them, why would they be qualified to fix a desk or washer?Take caution when using them - I would recommend using someone else. It's unfortunate that I'll have to go to small claims court to settle something that should be pretty simple.

On September 2016 I hired D-Town Movers to move my stuff from my 1 bdrm apartment in the Mockingbird Station area on 75 to the new place in Richardson also just off of 75... I'd packed almost everything and anything left would have been minor stuff anyway.Three guys showed up at the agreed time, from the start I didn't see any sort of urgency on their part, they moved at a very casual pace the entire time. They parked the truck on the far end of the building instead of the closer entrance, I then mentioned that there was another entrance that would be more convenient since the other one had steps and the gate opened at a weird angle that wouldn't allow them free movement. They decided to move the truck which took all of 40mins... my urgency was that they were charging over $100 every hour they went over the allotted time and I figured they weren't going to make it at that pace.A few times I noticed that they all went to the truck at the same time and took along time... I know what it takes to move my apartment contents, I've moved myself several times. Every time they left together it took twice as long as you'd think it should take. One time I went to check to see what the hold up was... one guy was moving stuff in the truck while the other joked around in the shade outside.The unloading went allot faster... almost in a hurry to the point that they seemed to be just dumping the boxes in the apartment and going back for more. I think that's where some of my appliances got the dings and my living room tv never worked the same when I finally got the time to set it up. I never brought it up because it was a three year old mid-tier tv so I figured I got my money's worth and it would have just been a coincidence and not their fault. The dings definitely happened during the move but it was nothing that hindered their normal use... so I didn't say anything of it either. The other reason for not bringing up anything is that I usually dont have time to run around trying to argue over small stuff, my apartment is basically just an overpriced storage for my stuff since I travel too much for work.Anyway... I ended up paying $150 over the agreed amount because it took longer than they quoted me. They were nice enough but not very professional so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I wish them well and hopefully be more professional.

Alex, Alex, and Roberto did a great job.  They moved everything in a timely and efficient manner.  They were helped us out when our original movers cancelled on us.

Guys we're friendly and very efficient. Knocked one star off because one of my art pieces was slightly damaged but I was able to salvage it. Also they matched the  price of competition so that is a plus. Would recommend especially upon short notice.
