Brown Box Movers

We recently hired Brown Box movers to move apartments inside the same complex.  The team of 3 were incredibly professional and extremely courteous.  The were on time and finished on time ( based on their estimates )We would hire them again without hesitation..!!!

We have used Brown Box for two moves now and have had great experiences. Very easy to schedule with plenty of availability and they show up on time (if not a bit early!). The movers who've helped us were young and very friendly- they move very quickly and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. Pluses- you can pay with cash or, the movers bring a phone equipped to charge your card on-site. I can't say enough good things! Recommend to any and everyone!

Trying to research moving companies will make anyone want to pull their hair out. Well, avoid the headache and just book your move with these guys.The entire staff, including the people in the office that generated my quote, were very professional and friendly. When it came to moving day, the crew called to inform us they were on the way and showed up ON TIME!The crew of movers were not only friendly but they got straight to work and busted their butts so we could stay within a reasonable time frame ($$). They moved us from one 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment and kept smiles on their faces the whole time. They were also very considerate of our belongings and not one single thing was broken or scratched. I literally could not have asked for a better experience. Top notch. VERY highly recommended!!

First off let me say the movers were good however, I called a few days before my move to ask about what forms of payment they accepted and was told that they take all major credit cards and cash but no checks so with that being said someone was paying for my move and gave me his credit card to use for the move.  It wasn't until we got to my new place that I was informed that it was cash only!  I did not have any money on me or in the bank and was going by what I was told days before the move.  I had to call a friend to bring me some money....I tried to call several times and he hit end every time - I asked the guys who were moving my stuff if they could contact him and I was told no.  He would not answer my call so I waited until I was at work and called from that number...low and behold he answered.  When I asked why he told me they accepted credit cards and then was told cash only his response was "I don't recall having that conversation with you."  WOW!!!!  This owner or whatever he is...is a crook and a liar.  If I had known it was cash only I would have had it on hand!!!  DO NOT USE THEM!!!  I HAD TO HELP GET MY THINGS OUT OF THE TRUCK SO I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED ANYMORE...I DID NOT ANTICIPATE DOING WHAT I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE TO DO....I HAVE HAD BACK SURGERY AND WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MOVING ANYTHING.  SO THANK YOU BROWN BOX MOVERS YOU ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!

Brown box movers is a cute company they do have a nice truck not a very big track and you can get two guys or three guys however you are going to be paying for the hour they are extremely extremely slow... I had a one bedroom apartment with a garage and it took them five hours they also mixed everything up between the garage and the apartment and took twice as long to separate it once we got to the other place so just note to self if you use these people you're going to be paying for an additional three hours probably this is also with my family  helping them load by  bringing stuff to them at the track
