This is the first time that I used movers for an in-town move, previously only moving across country.  A coworker recommended them and I do too.I called for an appointment and had to leave a message but they called back within the day.  They gave me a quote: $70/hour for a two man team ($70 for both combined, not $70 each), if you pay by credit card there is a 5% fee (I think, I paid cash knowing this).  So, I booked it...it seemed reasonable enough.  They estimated that it shouldn't take longer than three hours for a small one bedroom apt but it actually took just over three hours.  I was worried because I didn't want to pay for 4 hours but they only charged for 3.5.  I tipped well because I moved from the third floor to the 2nd floor and didn't empty my dresser so it was super heavy for them (oops).Overall the move went really smoothly, they arrived about 15 minutes late but didnt start the time until they really got started and they called before their start time to let me know they were on their way. The two guys were really nice and professional, one guy smiled the entire time even though he was lifting really heavy items.  They wrapped precious cargo and nothing was broken or damaged.I guess if anything were different I would have asked them about things they prefer such as emptying dressers...this is something they don't care about in long distance moves however, long distance they won't move liquids whereas it didn't seem to matter to these guys.  Maybe they have a list. Anyway, if I move ever again I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company.

I scheduled a move with these guys and have been texting and have left several messages to confirm and no one has gotten back to me. I scheduled the move 3 weeks ago and my move is in a few days so now I'm frantically trying to figure out an alternative at the last minute. Not cool!

Our realtor suggested Bella Movers when we bought our new house and I can see why. I highly recommend these guys. We moved from a duplex that was CRAMMED with stuff and furniture to a 2 story house with a stairway that had a 180 turn in it (you know, go up to the landing, then turn, go up to the 2nd floor). They took such care with handling our furniture, layered blankets on it and then wrapped it with seran wrap to keep it safe. They carried our TVs like they were their children and somehow got our very heavy master bedroom furniture up to the 2nd floor without killing themselves, or putting a hole in the wall.Also, these guys work HARD and they work FAST. There was no breaks, and the head guy spoke pretty good English. I'm always nervous to pay by the hour because I'm afraid we'll get screwed but these guys finished in record time and our house looked awesome.They even had to the tools to break down our bed set and they put it back together, which I did not expect at all. They are phenomenal and are probably your best bet for any move you need to do in DFW!

Worst customer service, expect drunk drivers at your door ...I have used Bella movers for my moving needs in the last 3 years and know the owner (Sunny) pretty well.     They were very prompt, courteous and reasonably priced when Sonny was directly handling things, they had people like Richard who were very good at handling stuff very carefully.   Things have not been that good recently, I referred them to my friend and he had a very bad experience - the folks who came over to move his apartment were very rude and drunk took more than 3 hours to move a 1 BR apartment.If you care for the safety of your move - do not go with Bella.  I had a recent move and none of my 4 voice mails ever got returned.   I would still do business with them if Sunny is still involved, but will not work with any of the other jokers in their company.Apparently Sunny has opened a furniture business, which might be the cause of decline in their quality.

At the recommendation of a friend, I used these guys for a simple move across the street (literally).  One bedroom, single story, first floor - both places.  Let me also preface by saying that I move frequently, like once a year almost.  I was so disappointed in Bella Movers.  Actually angry for awhile, but have allowed myself time to cool before writing this (over a month).  Setting up the move was an easy process.  All I needed was a couple guys to move the big pieces of furniture...not very many things.  1. The guys were super slow - it took them as long to move me across the street as it did my last movers to move me across town...with way more things including boxes that time and inclement weather.  Not exaggerating here.  2. They absolutely did not know what they were doing and it was painfully apparent.  They didn't wrap my furniture, including my very expensive Crate&Barrel linen upholstered bed (which they also tried to completely take apart, like more than factory breakdown..insane..and would have if I hadn't stopped him).  They did not wrap my C&B sofa bed - this ended in them almost dropping it as the bed started to fold out, thankfully my boyfriend was able to literally sprint across the yard and save it before it hit the concrete...and in the process injured his back.  He had to finish helping them move it across the way.  They did not wrap my C&B coffee table and proceeded to toss it onto the dolly and walk it across the street...as it bounced up and down and got a large chip in the corner..very noticeable.   They dropped my washing machine and broke it.   They are sweaty, naturally, and because they did not wrap my upholstered items and the sofa, there were soaking wet sweat spots and dirty hand spots all over.  Again, not exaggerating.  The only single piece they wrapped was my antique dresser - but NOT the custom cut glass that fits on top of it.  I was a nervous wreck.  3. One of the guys was brand new and the other guy was attempting to teach him how to move furniture - they told me this.  4. They lied to me and told me they would accept cash only, which I called them out on, and they eventually took my credit card.  5. They supposedly took down the info about my damaged washer (I wasn't even going to gripe about the rest) and the owner was supposed to call me to handle it.  Guess what? Yep, you guessed it.  HE NEVER DID.  I have called, left voicemail, and sent email requesting a call back to handle the situation.  They are supposedly insured, bonded, etc.....I doubt that now.  STILL, over a month later,  NOTHING.  The ONLY reason they get two stars is because the guys were at least friendly.  PLEASE, don't use these folks.  I'm giving you fair warning now.  If you have any questions or want more information, please don't hesitate to contact me....I will gladly tell all.
