Please see end of this review. Mr. Cole eventually met with us on 12/18/15 and an offer of settlement and release from further action was offered by "Around the Click Moving". We accepted the offer and consider the matter closed.We had contacted "Around the Clock Moving to estimate a move from Dallas to Cleburne because of good Yelp reviews. Mr. Cole came to our home, gave us a "total estimate for moving and storage". Subsequently we were charged almost twice as much and required more trucks and an extra day with time charged for the men required. I felt that we received misleading service and quotes. Although joint misunderstanding of terms may have occurred as our family was involved in extreme emotional upheaval because of an unexpected family death.Pickup and delivery invoices are given to customers to have signed by the crew, without time to read. The crews were pleasant and polite. Contracts are on the back of the invoice. Several items were lost. A piece of sculpture, part of a leather bound encyclopedia set, small hardware. The damage to our furniture was more than in four cross country moves by a national company combined. An expensive leather, hydraulic office chair was ruined: broken Meerschaum pipe. Multiple deep scratches on sectional wood furniture, broken photo frames, cracked artisanal pottery. Irreplaceable, hand made sculpture with several pieces knocked off. This was after I warned them that it was extremely delicate. It arrived at our new home wrapped in a moving blanket only. Our framed art and crystal did make it intact. We also had several items delivered that were not ours: a dirty bed box spring, large metal candle holders and some small knick knacks.Our items were delivered from storage on Sept 11, 2015 and it took us several days to unpack and find the damaged items, or not find the missing items. We had contacted Billy Cole by phone and email several times before we were able to meet and discuss our issues. Be aware that estimates may include only pick up and packing, not delivery although this was not clearly stated in email correspondence. After 4 military moves, and 3 cross country full household moves this company appeared to be capricious in the care of our belongings.We eventually had a follow up face to face meeting on12/18/15. Since items were not found or repair prohibitive an offer of settlement and release from further action was offered by "Around the Click Moving". We accepted the offer and consider the matter closed.

On time, professional, hardworking, and no scratches or damage. Moving is stressful and my experience couldn't have been better.

Slow and disorganized.  One guy had a great attitude and the other guy seemed to be inconvenienced and annoyed by the job as it was taking a long time.  The two guys came in quickly and got to work.  One guy stacked and the other guy came in and restacked.  I was in the truck helping them configure a table that clearly should have gone in earlier.  They cost me money by being so disorganized.  Our 4 bedroom house took 8 hours.  That is after we did a 15' & 17' UHaul prior and had everything boxed and ready to go.  Very disappointed as I loaded boxes in the trucks for them to stack and then my Mom & wife also helped get boxes to the truck for them.  Then we helped unload everything.  Nothing damaged though! Terrible experience.  Then we were billed for shrinkwrap that wasn't mentioned prior.  Salt in the expensive wound.

Excellent experience from start to finish. This company worked my moving appointment in on 24 hours notice when the first company I booked cancelled on me. It was a three story, 6 hour move in 100+ degree heat and these guys never slowed down! The booking experience was clear and efficient receiving my confirmation with price in writing within the hour. The movers (Chris and Andrew) were polite, courteous, respectful, efficient and took excellent care of my belongings. They took care to wrap/pack items to prevent damage and treated items with care. They were careful to place all items exactly where I wanted in the new home, even changing when I didn't prefer the first placement. I highly recommend and would do business with them again.

I highly recommend Around the Clock. They unloaded my truck for me a few days ago and were great. After my movers didn't show at my start city and my schedule was pushed back two hours, Billy was extremely flexible with his crew and waited on me. Their guys were professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly on a blistering hot evening. I would definitely use them again.
