WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Mike and Raphael are complete con men! Nothing that they promise you over the phone is true and they will dupe you in to overage charges that they do NOT show proof for! They were early on the pick up and LATE on the delivery! They also held our belongings at an undisclosed location for ransom until they got their "additional B.S fee's"! It's like us and our belongings were literally being held hostage!! They showed no PROOF of our things being over the estimated weight and to top it off, their people shoved our expensive things into a tiny unit leaving about 50% of our prized possessions broken, dismantled and DAMAGED! Also to note, we taped and closed EVERY BOX before allowing them to take it...tell me how EVERY box upon receipt was OPENED!!?? Lastly, they will not provide you an itemized inventory as promised either, so it's up to you to unpack each box and find out what's missing. Run for the hills if you get a call from these horrific people! If NO STARS were an option, I would have chosen that! The BBB rating for them is an F! GO FIGURE!! Do yourself a favor and hire the expensive companies, MIKE and RAPHAEL are strictly unprofessional, inconsiderate, sorry excuses of representatives. They even had the audacity to ask that we hold on their their precious moving blankets so that they could arrange pick up for them! HAHAAHAAH!!! What a JOKE! Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else!

Angel Vanlines with Mike Stephen and Raphael (last name?) are also operating as Union Moving and Delivery, Relocation Solution, The Relocation Solution, and i'm sure there are others that I have not uncovered yet.  They violated their contract with me, are refusing to give me my due $1500 deposit, and are now ignoring my calls/emails.  Please don't be duped by these con artists and find a reputable company.

I did not actually use the moving service, so can't attest to that.  However, I did call for a quote and was seriously considering using them.  I was pretty quickly turned off by how aggressive and pressure-heavy their follow-up was.  I was careful not to be misleading, and said that I was researching options and would call back if I wanted to make a reservation.  They called back many times a day for a few days in a row, pressuring and badgering me about what my holdup was.  After one call I heard the man swearing and call me a b*tch when he thought he had hung up the phone.  I told them I no longer needed the service, and thanked the man for his time.  I got called every day for another week, and asked to be taken off their call list.  Got hung up on.  We'll see if I get another call tomorrow.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This company lied about every single thing they sold us. Firstly, they told us they would move all of our things personally, they did not, they sold the job to another company. Secondly, we were to have our items stored for 2 months, and we were told it would be stored in the truck in a secure warehouse for that time, it was not. It was unloaded and reloaded several times. In fact a couple in Louisiana ended up with one of our boxes. Thirdly, we paid for a full service pack and move, with special boxes for our TVs and deer mounts, and mattress covers. The movers, when they finally showed up, came with medium home depot boxes, and that was all. The movers were one day late for the original pick up and 5 DAYS LATE!!! for our delivery. Even though we set the delivery up over a month in advance. Many of our items were damaged. When we called Angel about these issues, they couldn't do anything, as they had sold our job to a third party. My advice: Go with one other the more expensive, big name companies, it will be worth your time and prevent the headaches we went through.

I received my stuff today in good condition. the price was very good. I was a little worried about the delay, turns out that the companies provide you with an estimated " delivery period" not an exact day. Highly recommended!
