Rico and his crew moved me and my family from  Dallas to Austin back in January. I called him about 10 am  after the mover that I had contracted was a no call no show. Rico and his crew  showed up to move us  by 12. . Excellent job. they did what they said they were going to do. And there was no damaged furniture. :-) Highly recommend action relocation.

WARNING: DO NOT USE ACTION RELOCATION  SERVICES.  This moving "company" is a scam and damaged a $750 piece of  furniture and  has not repaired/replaced/or paid back any money for the  damaged  furniture.   Per their website, "If any of your items is damage during our moving process, we will repair it. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. All customers are insured under the guidelines of the Texas Department of Transportation."This company is a SCAM DO NOT USE.

I used these guys first to move out of my apt back in October while I was out of town. They brought my things to storage amd then picked them up and moved them into my new place a week later when I returned, this is where the problems started. That day one of the movers (young black male) hit on me aggressively, they broke my bedroom window and a glass lid to an expensive pan set and swore they would fix/replace the items but insisted I pay in full for the move. $100 for my window and $30 for my lid I never seen, not to mention everything I realized they left at my old apt while I was unpacking. They didn't pack ANYTHING from my bathroom so I had to replace my shower curtain, towels, rugs, trash can, toiletries , etc. I also realized they left half of my china from my kitchen which is irreplaceable. I called that afternoon and the man said they would reimburse me for what l would have to replace in the bathroom amd would find a way to make up for the china. I tried for weeks to call and email and make contact, even tried to dispute their pmnt but visa is pretty strict and couldn't allow a reversal. I only heard back two months later when I threatened to take legal action, they told me to email them my invoice for my window but backtracked on their offer to replace the pot lid and bathroom supplies etc (which was almost $200). I sent the email and SURPRISE I never heard back. These are bad people who obviously are in the business of scamming people and I would rather haul my furniture on my back before EVER using these guys again.

No stars because they never showed up. Waited for two hours and kept calling. Each time they said 10 mins. Eventually I just left. Not worth the cheap price!

Used them for our move. They were referred by a friend. Appointment was at 11. Movers showed up around 4pm.. Spoke to "Ricky" multiple times throughout the day. I was quoted for 3 men and only 2 showed up. My husband helped them move furnituto speed up their time .. I would not recommend them.
