Warning, do not use this company Oasis moving company and Green Ox moving company are same thrives. They are the same company under a few names. I moved from Missouri in February, and just got sent $175 check after months of communication. They actually owe me $ 4327.12 Please don’t let this happen to you, they are thieves and liars. Our beds came soaking wet, all the furniture was tattered and dirty, and we’re missing quilts from 75 years ago my grandma had made and I can never replace. and all kinds of broken. They kept hanging up on me and lying about insurance, Ignoring my emails phone calls. Please avoid at all cost, I don’t want anybody to have to go through what I’m going through.

They were fast and polite, but they damaged some of my stuff. My washer knob was broken and it was leaking water, my couch was ripped, and a box of dishes were broken. I also scheduled my move through umovefree.com which is a joke. It's $135.00 for 2.5 hours. If you need more time, it's $95 per hr after that . I wish I had got the $100.00 rebate and found my own movers. I tried to save money and ended up buy a new clothes washer and dishes.

The move was set up thru A OK Apartment Locators. Although the two men that moved me were nice, unfortunately this was not a good moving experience for me. The heat caused them to be extremely slow,  I moved from a small bedroom apartment  (Irving to Lewisville) & it took them 3 1/2 hrs (they also took a lot of breaks). A lot of my items were broken & damaged, and if that was not enough my bed slates were misplaced. And nobody seems to know what happened.  I called the company & like previous posts I was pretty much brushed off. I would not recommend this company for your moving needs.. sorry not sorry.

This move was set up through an apartment locator called U Move Free. Ok, I give Green Ox one star for being quick and the movers were pretty nice. HOWEVER, I would not recommend them to move a dog house a few feet away from where it is. I did a move with them in April of this year and some of my furniture which was less than a year old was damaged. They accepted the damages claim, but refuse to pay anything other than $30 for damages to a dresser mirror, a 6 foot mirror encasement, mattress covers, and dining room table damages. Mind you that I had a conversation with the movers to be very careful with those mattress covers specifically. This is July going on August and I have heard from them 3 times one was through mail for that check and the other 2 times to say that they will send someone to repair my furniture..............uhm...........how do you repair a mattress cover!!!!!????!!!! I never heard back from them and no repairs have been done. So if you have a move set up with umovefree.com and they tell you that Green Ox will be your movers cancel out quickly and take the rebate or tell them you want another mover.  They left me no choice but to file complaints with TXDMV, Attorney General, BBB, and some other governmental agencies because this is very ridiculous. Also be aware they may not have insurance.......i tried checking with DMV, is that not a requirement.On top of that, they did not move all my furniture I had to hire another mover (Dedicated Moving Transport) to complete my move and I should have just went with them in the first place because they moved all the fragile items and not a thing was damaged. I normally do not mention another business when making a complaint, but you are better off going through DMT. Find them on Facebook and run from Green Ox.

The move was seemingly smooth and the movers were friendly. Although nothing appeared damaged, my washing machine malfunctioned the first time I tried to use it after the move and was leaking water everywhere. A few weeks ago, they said they would schedule a repair and call me back, but it seems this is not a priority. My claim has been disregarded and the company is not maintaining any sort of open communication to resolve the issue.
