They were fantastic from start to finish.  Friendly guys, professional, careful, and hard working getting our 3  bedroom home packed, moved and unpacked in 9 hours.  We will recommend you to all our friends. Thank you so much again for everything.  We appreciate it greatly!!

Horrible! Three hours late! Overcharged! Bedroom furniture chipped and living room table leg cracked! Never again!!!

I used AAA Moving Solutions to move me from one apartment to another, which is approximately 6 miles away from each other.I was moving from a 1 bedroom with den to another 1 bedroom with den.  The majority of my items were already boxed and ready once the movers arrived.  All that was not properly wrapped was the furniture.  The movers were mannerable and polite the whole move, but they were slow for an apartment move.  The movers arrived at my apartment around 11:30 am, and we did not leave to drive to the next location until around 4 pm.  They did not fully unload my belongings until 6:30 pm.  With that being said, I was billed for around 7 hours at the rate of $89.95 an hour.I have moved the majority of the same items at least 3 times before with another moving company and they take 4 hours maximum to move me, which has been a further distance than the current location.  I was actually going to go with the initial moving company, but I wanted to try another company.  The initial company even offered me a 3 man crew at a rate of $85 and hour (I have an e-mail as proof), but the gentleman that I talked to on the phone about my move was so friendly and open, so I decided to give AAA Moving Solutions a try.In addition to my move taking a long time, I would also like to point out that everything was not moved into the apartment.  I had some pictures and a water cooler that was not able to fit on the truck and I had a reclining sofa that they were not able to fit into the door of the apartment.  The movers did not have the tools to detach the reclining sofa as well as did not present to me any options to get the sofa in the home.  When I asked them what were my options, they told me that I could donate the sofa, which was not an option.  With that being said, later on, that day I became resourceful and called Nebraska Furniture Mart to see if they had any ideas.  They gave me a few different vendors that know how to properly detach a recliner.So the next day, I had to pay for a vendor to come out to my previous apartment and detach the reclining sofa (which only took him 5 minutes).  Then I had to rent a truck and have some friends move my reclining sofa in my apartment.  Basically, I had to pay money and was extremely inconvenienced to have something move that they movers should have been able to move.  The worse part of all of this is that I paid you all close to $700 to not have ALL of my belongings moved.  If the movers did not have options at the time, I should have received a call from a manager, later on, that day or the next day with options.  I should not have had to figure it out on my own.  You are a moving company, you should know certain things.  I should not have to figure out things like that on my own.  That's what I pay a moving company for.I would like to further state that I contacted them multiple times with my complaint and they never responded back.  I feel taken advantage of.
