BEWARE!!!!! I REPEAT BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! This company is VERY unprofessional. They are not even worth the 1 star. This company will LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL from you. Don't even waste your time or money. You will be better off moving your own belongins than to use this company. You will be mad and frustrated if you use this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

FRAUD ALERT! The people who run this business are absolutely, %100 criminals. I am reporting this company to the TX BBB for Fraud, Malpractice and violations of Ethics. Essentially, I paid them to break my stuff and they've denied my claim for reasonable compensation. Robin, the Director of Operations, called me 20 MINUTES before the Delivery Driver was in Denver CO from where our belongings were in Austin TX! This was after I called them several times to get an exact date and time for Delivery so I could arrange to get the keys for the storage unit in my Condo complex. Instead, I was unable to get the keys given the grossly late, 20 minute heads up from Robin and I was forced to pay for additional storage and delivery of all my stuff. I also witnessed the Driver carelessly break my Antique Dresser and noted that a $1,400+ Medical Patient Chair was just THRASHED. So I also have to pay, out of pocket to repair the Dresser (which can't be repaired because it's a hand painted antique as well as the Medical Chair. There are also many other broken items. These people screw their customers on a daily basis and they won't last much longer practicing BAD BUSINESS like this. SHAME ON YOU.

THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN HORRIBLE!!! Extremely slow and lazy movers!! I wish I'd read these reviews before using them! It took them 6 hrs. for a move that should have taken 3hrs. max! If they worked more efficiently and cut the smoke breaks/ cell phone talking, maybe the job would have gotten done quicker. My mother and I started moving things also to speed up the process. On top of everything else, my furniture was just dumped in the house ( my mom and I placed it in the correct areas). They charged me twice the original amount bc of the extra 3 hrs. It took THEM to move my things. They also forgot pieces of my bedroom furniture, which I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to bring to me. They would schedule a time to bring it, and then never show up ( this has happened 3 times now)!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this company. They are NOT trustworthy, reliable or professional!! Using them resulted in the WORST moving experience of my life and I've moved at least 6 times prior to this. This is not a COMPANY, it's a HUSTLE!! Be aware!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...I hired this company to move me from Allen, Tx to Commerce City Co...not only do I have lots of breakage from glass to furniture I am missing furniture. The movers they hired to deliver the items to Co came into my home and stole my IPhone, debit card and drivers license! Do not hire them..they accept NO responsibility for any of it! I have also opened a ticket with the BBB and I am plastering negative reviews on FB!

Worst movers ever. Do not trust them. They lied to me. I would highly suggest you call another mover. THEY ARE LIARS.!!!!
