They certainly know how to make a senior citizen happy. I’m in my 70’s and I wanted to live near my son. So I called Planet Van Lines to help me with my move. They were helpful to be honest. I did not expect much, but they were very polite and hardworking. I did not lose any item nor was any item damaged. It was simply a lovely experience. I would like to thank the entire team for taking good care of me.

Planet Van Lines exceeded all my expectations. They showed up on time, began working right away and always had smiles on their faces. They were polite, caring and also took extreme good care of my belongings. Their sales rep is a fantastic person. He always replied to all my queries and always called to check if everything is going okay or not. I’m going to tell you what I told him, FLAWLESS SERVICE!

I was very happy with this service, especially because everything happened on a very short notice and on top of this - the office was in contact with me constantly, so I knew what was happening during the transport and they made sure everything went fine. It has been extremely pleasant to work with these guys who actually listen to what I ask and respond appropriately, working with me in what I request with regards to where to place the various items. All items are handled in such a manner that I have not experienced any damage to any of my items which they have moved. They work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely continue to use Planet van lines in any future moves which I undertake.
