My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to show how much we appreciated the service we received from the professional moves. We had two moves with USA EXPRESS MOVING AND STORAGE and both have been a rewarding experience. The gentlemen who delivered our household goods on our most recent move dealt with weather conditions which required a great amount of coordination and performance. They worked non-stop until the job was done. The teaming they possess is a value to any organization. The whole staff represented this company in an outstanding and professional manner. We must commend the men that actually moved our stuff, they took care of it like it was their own. Again, hats off to a great job!!!!!

USA Express Moving... Do I have words to describe this F rated business on the better business bureau? Whether it's tons of hidden costs on the day of the move to more hidden costs "otherwise we won't open the truck" on delivery day, to different brokers throughout the moving process, to month long delays with no proper communication, to not answering the phone/hanging up when they want to avoid you, to a broken down truck and several transfers of my poor furniture over, to sales man Mauro whose voice tone is arrogant and belligerent to delivering my stuff a month later, to the delivery guys' arrogant behavior holding my items hostage unless I paid $250 on the spot or he would take my stuff and sell it, and horrible service done in a jiffy so "they can get the f*** outta here" (direct quote by the way), I'd say all in all, you're in for an express ride with USA Express moving.

I used these guys twice successfully, so I decided to use them again a third time.  NIGHTMARE!Arranged months in advance, move was set for 8AM on a Saturday. When they didn't show by 8:15, I called the main office.  Mauro lied to me by saying they were on their way. 9:00 AM and still nothing, so I call and he says they're running behind because someone lost their keys. I'm told they'll be there by 11:00 AM.  Nothing by 11:30, so I call again...Mauro lies about someone moving a piano...be there by noon.  Call at 12:30...he talks about long hallways taking a long time...be there by 1.  Call at 1:30...he lies about needing to switch the crew.  Several subsequent calls later, they finally show up at 4:30 PM.  They're clearly tired from working since 8 AM elsewhere and start moving my stuff.  Finally finish at 8:30 PM and then want to charge me an additional $300.00 to unload.  Guess what?!  The office is closed and my stuff is held hostage on the truck unless I sign before they unload.  So I sign.  Strangely, they have to phone in the charge...gosh, you just said the office was closed and when I called, no answer.I call the next day and nobody picks up.  I file a claim with my credit card company and USA Express claims that since I signed, they're not liable.  Forget the fact the contract said 8 AM and $300 less than total charged.  There's a good reason this company is on Ripoff Report.  Their bait and switch tactics are also noted here on Yelp!.  It's a horrible company you should never consider.

I received the check today.  Finally.  Given how awful the company was to resolve this matter, I wouldn't trust them with a move.

The only thing that they did right was pick up my stuff on time.  The crew that came to my house in Philadelphia was friendly and professional.  The problems began after that.   They were supposed to come to my new place in Minneapolis late the following week and the driver was supposed to call me.  Nobody called me.  When I called them (Day 7) they told me it would be early the following week so I would need to take off work.  They would give me 24 hours notice.  On Wednesday of week 2 (Day 12) I called them and they said there was a problem and my stuff was on a broken down truck in Ohio.   They were working on it and they would call me back.  They didn't.  I called them again on that Friday (Day 14) and they just didn't know.   Finally that weekend they told me (when I called them) that they would be there at 2pm on Tuesday (Day 18).  I prepared, left work, and nothing.  I called and they said they were supposed to have dome.  The driver finally called me that night and told me they would arrive Thursday morning (Day 20).  First I had to work and second the freight elevator was booked.  I told them these things and they said it is Thursday or late the following week.  They assured me that they would send six movers to get this done quickly and urged me to nudge my apartment manager to squeeze us in for an hour.  She did squeeze us in for two hours.  Turns out this was another moving company who now had my stuff.  They showed up (Day 20) a half an hour late and there were only two guys.  They could not park the truck properly so it took them 45 minutes to get parked very far away from the building.  It took them six hours to unload.  One box was missing and I called USA Express.  They said they would look for it and send me a claim form.  That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard a word.  Don't use this company.  They flatter you with great service until you pay.  And I had to pay for the entire fee upon pickup because if I only paid half, I needed the balance in cash on delivery.   After they had my money, they failed to call me back once.  They didn't care about me or my move.  It was a terrible experience.  Next time I will rent a U-Haul.
