I was very happy with our pick up and delivery of a jig size tempurpedic mattress and box spring. We shipped from Reno to Scottsdale and it code about 500.00 using the White glove service. They set up bed etc for my mother in law and no muss or fuss. If you need a strict time frame then this may not be for you. We did not but they got it done in about 3 1/2 weeks.   There was a slight mix up on pick up but the guys called us directly and said .. we will get a bite toe at and come back for your bed.. that was super service.. and they came back at 7pm! Overall very pleased and would use again..

Stay away from this company! Bad!In as few words as possible, Took my money Outsourced my 2 pallet shipping to another company 1 of my pallets never makes it, when I call to figure out why I am given the number to the company they sourced my business to After figuring out what went wrong and informing them of where they messed up, am rudely treated by "customer serv" but assured they would remedy. Don't here back ever.... Contact again, given an incorrect BoL, contact again, told they can't correct till someone returns from lunch, contact again, they are all gone for the day......2 weeks after original order, no pallet. Stay away from this company!Service cost: $450.00Order ID: 1071398Just going to get my pallet shipped by a reputable company, paying again..

Very disheartening experience. We scheduled a 'white glove service' shipment of some heirlooms from Missouri to Northern California after my Grandmother passed away. We informed them that the trust would be handling the pick-up. They first attempted to pick up on a Sunday. with one day notice, when there was no one from the trust available to meet them. Multiple phone calls ensued, in which we were simply told we would 'have to wait until the truck was in the area again'. The items were finally picked up a week and a half late.Shipping was again delayed while in transit. Dozens of phone calls over several weeks in which we were told it was still 'in transit' or they were 'trying to get in touch with the shipping company' (they apparently contract out to other shippers). I was often told I would receive a call back the same day, which never happened.At least twice we received a call that it would arrive in 2 - 3 days, which didn't happen. Once when I followed up, I was told it had arrived in Los Angeles and was being transferred to another truck. LA is very far south of us, and we were never informed there would be truck changes. We were assured of 'white glove service' when booking.When the shipment finally arrived, the ceramics had been packed simply in crumpled paper, and we discovered a vase handle was broken in 3 pieces. The handle had not been stabilized in any way. When I called, I was informed that we had not elected to purchase their extra insurance, and so were only covered by some kind of federal shipping insurance, which paid up to 60 cents on the pound. I honestly don't remember much about the conversation regarding insurance, just that they were federally insured. We were grieving, and not thinking clearly. That one's on me.It took dozens more phone calls to make the damage claim. I was told many times that they were waiting to hear back from the shipping company they worked with, and they were 'just not responding'. Sometimes when I called, I was told there was no record of my previous call. I took names, sent emails. At one point I was told it had been moved up to a different department as a higher priority. Well over a month after the initial claim, and nearly 4 months after scheduling the shipment, we received a reimbursement of $21.00.

TSI helped me move several pieces of furniture from Florida to Pennsylvania. They were extremely professional and reasonably-priced. Getting a quote was straightforward and pickup and drop off were well-coordinated. The pieces were delivered in the time indicated and in excellent condition. I have no complaints, and I would use them again and recommend others to do so also.

We recently had a small shipment of household goods shipped from the Detroit, MI area to Palm Beach. TSI was extremely responsive and had the shipment picked up the next day. Shipment was delivered as promised and in good shape. I packed about 9 boxes myself and was given and estimated shipping weight and cost based on 'my' estimate. The shipment did weight slightly more when it was processed. TSI also placed it on a pallet, which likely added to the weight, but certainly made it easier. I have already recommended TSI to a colleague that was in need of moving a relatively small shipment. I would use them again.
