We had an incredibly positive experience with these guys. I found them very responsive during the planning phase. On the day of the move they were very quick, polite, and talented, pretty much everything you would want in a mover. Also they we're able to complete our move in an hour less time than they estimated so that was great as well.I highly recommend these folks.

Told them I needed to move a two story rowhome with a basement . They showed up with a pickup truck and a trailer. It took six trips and 6 hours. I had to help them because it was taking so long. Definitely don't recommend them. They didn't have proper equipment. I paid $800 and had to help them all day. They even left without finishing and said they would come back the next day.

We recently used Skybox for our move within New Hope. I got a quote and booked everything online through Matt. He was very professional and quick to respond to any questions via email. Our movers were also great! They were really friendly and worked quickly. It was pouring rain on our moving day so they went out of their way to keep our furniture dry. They wiped down anything that happened to get wet. We also had difficulty getting an extra large couch into the new apartment. They came prepared with tools and were able to take off the legs of the couch and took the door off the hinges to get it in!This is the first time we've used movers and it was worth every penny. Their prices are very reasonable and service was great. We will definitely be recommending Skybox!Thanks again to Matt and his team!

Based on all the good reviews, I almost booked them for my upcoming move. Unfortunately, I had a few red flags that made me call it off. First the good part- getting an estimate was quick and easy and the contact person was friendly and stayed courteous throughtout our exchange of emails. The estimate was below what other local movers are charging.  Last night, I went to their website to book my move and this is when it got confusing. I requested a Thursday morning move. They emailed me back and told me that they wouldn't be available until after 3pm. Since this would not comply with my apartment's move-in policy, I asked what the availability was for the following two days (Friday and/or Saturday). They responded that Saturday was all booked, Friday afternoon was available and Thursday was available all day. Wait... Didn't they originally tell me Thursday was only available after 3pm? Today, before I even got a chance to clear up the confusion, I received another email, stating that they had tried to call me on several occassions, over several days, that our previous call had been disconnected, that I had been unresponsive, and that if I didn't hurry up and book, they could not guarantee the Saturday move date. But... I didn't request a Saturday, I wanted to book Thursday morning... and they had previously told me that Saturday was completely booked anyway. Plus... I never talked to anyone on the phone... all my correspondence was done via email. Long story short... they seem to be rather disorganized and inconsistent with scheduling. If it is this confusing just to book the job, I can only imagine how they handle the actual move. That's a risk that I don't have time or money to take. Moving sucks. Skybox makes moving way less sucky so, for that, they get 5 stars! 5 Reasons why moving sucks less with Skybox:1. They can schedule your move quickly. - I always wait until the last minute. The guys at Skybox scheduled me in for a move 2 days after I called... pretty impressive.2. Lowest Prices - self explanitory.3. On Time - again, pretty straight forward.4. Professional - The guys moved me out of my old place and into storage quickly and efficiently without breaking or damaging anything.5. Genuine - I am not a friend or acquaintance of anyone who works at Skybox, but the 3 guys I have met (including Matt, the owner) are laid back, friendly types. On moving day, my nerves are shot. I need a chill vibe happening, or I may implode...5 good reasons = 5 good stars.
