Established in 1997. We started out servicing 4 major retailers in 2001 with commercial deliveries. Since then Real-Time Delivery has been the driving force for your delivery needs. In the past 13 years of service we have delivered to over 45,000 homes and business for many of the largest retailers in the Philadelphia area. Real-Time Delivery and Services has since seen the need to change the delivery industry, by letting the businesses / consumers pick their delivery date and time. Absolutely fabulous in every way even to responding to a tough situation and returning my call on Labor Day. We went through hell and back with the Allied/Clemmers movers and we were left with no one to deliver our household goods. Angel who by the way is just that came in and picked everything up at Clemmers and completed the move. He did everything he promised he would. His team was professional personable and kind. Yes, kindness during a move is priceless. He also GET THIS: charged exactly what he told me he would. No hidden fees and none of the expensive tricks and deceits we had just experienced.If you want honest reviews don't rely on the service provider's website--go to Yelp. Everything that Yelp reviews warned about on my first movers proved true and more.....on the other hand, Angel doesn't get four and five stars and so many consistently top notch reviews by chance. Angel is affordable...he is completely honest and truly nice to deal with. He is a rare gift in the world of movers and i wishhim blessings in this life in every way.

My experience with Real-Time Delivering Services was very positive from beginning to end. I found management flexible and thorough in going over the details and charges, willing to pay attention to my input. One got the feeling they were truly listening to my requests. Then the crew arrived on time & quickly went straight to work. They put my move anxieties at ease. They were very friendly and competent, they were fun to work with. Angel cracked jokes from the beginning to the end. My overall feeling is that they made an intimidating task into a very good experience. It was like working with close family.

Cons:1. Lying -- Angel (the point person) said that protective cloth would be used for furniture. That did not happen. I don't remember seeing one item being wrapped in cloth. A lot of our expensive furniture now has little nicks and dings. They will try to cover it up when you're not looking with a concealing marker. Angel also said that he would be there for the move. That didn't happen either. Don't say things to the customer that you are not going to stand by. 2. Straight up rude -- Movers broke a tall plant of ours. One of them said "Just stick it into the soil." Seriously? Are you joking with me?Pros:1. Came early (but somehow we still ended later than expected)Kudos for starting a delivery business. But just stick to that. Moving business? No. These guys are looking to make a few extra bucks doing something they do NOT specialize in. Do yourself a favor and use professional movers.
