Needed someone to move a busted up concrete patio from behind my house to the dumpster in the driveway. Contacted several companies and Andrew was quick to respond. He asked for pics and I texted him a few. He texted me back with a rough estimate and it was above my price range. He questioned my budget and we met somewhere around there. We came up with a set price for 8 hours and 4 guys. He was supposed to come on Saturday but due to heavy rain he texted asking to do it Sunday which was fine with me. Sunday came and I was out with my family. He texted me updates when he got here and started working. I came home a few hours later and was astonished by how much was done. These guys have an amazing work ethic, I don't think they took a break, these guys are beasts! After over 8 hours of hard labor they called it a day. Andrew said he would like to come back the next day and finish if I could throw him anything it would be appreciated. Due to another job he was unable to come on Monday. He texted me Tuesday but I missed the text due to work. We ended up texting that night and he came out today (Wednesday). They started working and knocked out a bunch of work. I gave Andrew some cash and we spoke about what it would cost him for the guys. I was a bit short but he told me not to worry about it they would do what they could. They kept working and knocked out about 90% of it. Andrew and his guys were amazing. I would recommend them for jobs around you can't do or don't have time for. Texting can get tough when he is busy but he always got back to me.

If you use these guys I would recommend not paying them until the job is complete. They seem like nice people, but they weren't very reliable and put us in a difficult situation.

He didn't mention that the listing showing him a few minutes from me was just advertising until he couldn`t make it the first time quoted and then was late for the following day. He is closer to Delco area so if you`re north of the city time and traffic are an issue. It`s not a formal business it`s a guy in a truck with a helper so expect to be part of the help. For little things he would be fine, for more then one item or a few very small items it might be best to get a professional outfit.- NOT in 19154- I had to help push because his helper was strong enough not miss a wall- ripped a metal grate off the bottom on the steps because they couldn't lift it properly. - left their gloves on the ground in front of my house- had a little girl in the truck ( super professional AJ)- SEE BELOW!****************NOTICEI woke up to an angry text message from AJ, another reason why you should go else where. Now i have to worry that this person knows where i live and alert my neighbors and local authorities that I may be a target. Text post for you to see that you can't tell your experience with this company.

I have been looking for someone to pick up some old damaged pallets I had at my house. I have had bad luck with people simply flaking and not picking up or the prices have been $250 to $300 to do. Not only did this company come by with 48 hours, they were super polite, very respectful AND 25% cheaper than everyone else. I plan on giving them all my business moving forward.

I am surprised by some of the reviews on here. I have used AJ twice to remove a large amount of construction debris and general clean out of a house. He was on time, charged me the pre negotiated price and worked quickly to fill his truck. He was going to donate a few items, which I thought was really nice as some of the stuff he hauled away was definitely salvageable. My experience with AJ have been positive.
