TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!!!!10 Reasons to Avoid Lenora's Movers at All Costs.1) I received 2 confirmation calls the night before our move. Both stated that the movers would arrive at 9. We brought the dog to a friends house at 8:45am and went to wait at the coffee shop across from our house. I called the Hq at 9:30 only to find out that 9 means between 9&10. Then at 9:45 we received a call from the movers saying they were running late but they didn't know how late. 11:00 late.we only had the dog sitter until 1. 2)We made the mistake of leaving. Trusting they were professionals and didn't need us lingering around we went back to the coffee shop to wait. 3) We got a call from the movers about 2 hours in. "Miss, there are clothes in the dresser still" me, "yes, I was told to leave them in there" movers, "well, I have never moved a dresser with clothes in it before but I'll try."  IDIOT, you take the drawers out of the dresser!!! Is what I should have said. They did not. 4) Got called for the final walk through waaay before they were done. Told they would get the rest of the things into the truck but would leave our bedding because it wasn't in boxes and the truck was dirty. Ok. They left much more than that. We had to go back with my father in law's pick up truck to get the rest.5) We said we would meet them at the new house to let them in. Since it was only 6 blocks away and we now had our dog with us we walked. They showed up an hour and a half later! I am still confused about what they were doing since obviously it wasn't packing the rest of our things.6) After the truck pulled up outside we went to help them park, our new neighbors were nice enough to move their cars for the truck. The movers refused to unblock the street, Stating it would take too long. So we were obviously getting off to a good start with the neighbors. 7) Since everything was labeled we figured they could figure out where everything went, we locked the dog in an unused room that had no boxes going into it, and went to buy blinds with our in-laws. Didn't think it would be an issue. I said if anything isn't labeled leave it in the living room, but it should all be labeled. 8) They presented me with the bill before we left which was DOUBLE what I was quoted! No help from their hour and a half long lunch break. Gave them all generous tips due to the fact that they whined about everything and I thought maybe it was a really tough move and I did not organize well enough. Not the case.9) When we got to the house the only things brought to any room was the bed which laid in pieces on the floor. Their contract States "if it's taken apart it will be put back together."not the case. All of the boxes sat in the living room and all of my furniture looks like we bought it from the scratch and dent. It's aweful. 10) We called HQ and talked to the owner who said he'd call back. When he did I handed the phone to my husband. I was fuming. The owner was blaming us for everything! He came by that night and rebuilt our bed, which turned out to actually be BROKEN. It is still broken. I am still upset a week later, mostly because everytime I look at my dresser or lie on my bed I am reminded of these MORONS!!! Just Stay as far away from this company as possible!!!!

They got a 200 dollar parking ticket while moving my stuff and made me pay it...  They also took their sweet ass time and charged me more than we had agreed upon.  The worst.

DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE.Horrid experience.  Unfortunately, I was in a rush therefore did not have a chance to check prior yelp reviews...if I had, then I surely could have avoided this debacle of a moving company.   TWO HOURS LATE to load.  Two hours late, and no communication whilst I waited in a hot and stuffy storage facility, despite my frequent calls to inquire after the movers status.  When they FINALLY get there, the movers were unapologetic and kind of rude.  This would have been an incredibly easy move - I just had furniture for a small studio apartment already neatly disassembled and packed in a storage facility - but no one in this cheap arse company seems to own a dolly or handcart of any sort.  Thus, they spent the next hour carrying stuff ONE-BY-ONE by HAND.  .....who's the genius that thought up that idea?!  Oh yeah, Lenora. The same mess occurred during the unloading process.  They literally moved each item one at a time by hand to my studio apartment.  .....????!!!Oh.  And they broke my desk.

Commentary a year later from Lenora's and it's filled with lies. It was an 8 AM move, they said they did not have hoisting equipment and would not be able to get any that day, and I never actually called to tell them my bed broke. Nice job trying to ruin my credibility - it only makes the company look worse. Would absolutely stay away.

This moving company is a joke.  Triple my estimate and I did half the work.  I was LAPPING the movers to and from the van.  Then they "couldn't fit" items like chairs and box springs into new apartment....I did it by myself after they left.  Oh, and not only that but I had to pay their parking ticket. Never. Ever. Again.
