These guys helped us move from Philadelphia to Cherry Hill.  We had a 3 story row home and they climbed them steps a million times not complaining once.  I was super impressed with how professional the guys were and hiw quickly they loaded up the truck and then unloaded at the new house.

These guys did a nice job packing up the contents of our house and moving it halfway across the state.  They quoted us a flat fee and honored it even when they had to call a second truck on moving day (oops).  They wrapped everything carefully and worked until well after dark to get everything into our new house.  They also bought the boxes back (and picked them up from our house) once we unpacked them, which was great - we got back over $150.

I was 3 hours late and these guys waited around, showed no attitude when I finally arrived and unloaded the truck with insane speed and precision. They were polite to everyone in my building, despite the inconvenience we were causing current residents. Would highly recommend these guys.

Perhaps the worst customer service experience I have encountered.  I wish I paid more attention to the negative reviews, but I was in a bind and the more reputable companies were booked.  I hired three movers, two of whom were great.  The third was profoundly inept, lazy, and destructive.  He took it upon himself to " stack" items in the truck while myself other two movers actually "moved" items.  Half the time the guy was on his phone, the other half doing his best to ignore my instructions on how to load the truck.  When it came to unloading the truck, there wasn't a single item that wasn't damaged.  The  bum had stacked marked fragile items under heavy ones, sharp metal edges against cushions, etc.  The result was several thousand dollars worth of damage.  When I repeatedly called the company, they predictably denied any liability for how the truck was stacked claiming they were trying to save me money by minimizing square footage in the trailer.  Thanks  "Keep it Moving"  but I would've preferred you keep my furniture intact instead.  My advice - reserve with one of the many better reviewed companies out there.  If you want a bum to destroy your furniture you could probably find one panhandling in Rittenhouse for cheaper.

When I was shopping around, Kevin Lewis from Keep it Moving got back to me promptly and gave me an estimate over email. Their hourly rate was also the best.  I corresponded with them a few more times through email before the move to ask questions and Kevin always got back to me in a timely manner. On the day of the move the three guys called 45 mins before schedule and arrived 15 mins before schedule. They were clean, diligent and had good manners. If it wasnt for the really big couch they would be done an hour ahead of schedule (based on the original estimate). I did hire another company just to move the upright piano but Kevin told me afterwards that they handle piano moving too. There were no hidden fees. Paid $540 + $25 for fuel for a 5 hr move within main line.   Will definitely use them again for my next move.
