I cannot say enough about Intelligent movers, especially my movers Jim and Joe! From the start of the process they were so quick to respond and easy to book. Amanda worked with me the whole time to set everything up and was always responsive and sweet. They made sure they were there super early to accommodate a special situation with our move out, and were really fast. They also took great care of all of our stuff, I never felt worried for a second. They went above and beyond when certain items wouldn't fit up our stairs and had to take them in over the roof and in a window, the whole time being SO sweet and friendly. They were reasonable as well!!

I had a terrible experience with them. They were 4 hours late reaching the destination, never reassembled my furnitures, and asked for more money because they underestimated their truck size. It was a nightmare move.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.The original quote was significantly different than what we discussed. There were added fees that were not in our contract.The movers were not professional movers. The movers arrived late and they provided a van that was too small, causing them to take extra trips and take more time.The movers took a long time and hung out near their van between each item that was moved. They also showed up late and got lost for about 45 minutes on their way to the second drop off (which was 2 miles down the road), after I had driven them there on the first trip. We managed to make two trips in our own SUV packed with things during this time.Lastly, when I called to ask for a refund for the additional charges that were not in the contract, I was emailed a gift certificate for my next move. I honestly found this a bit insulting.

I have worked with Intelligent Movers twice now, and both times they were very professional and accommodating to my moving needs and schedules. My first move was rushed and they were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently on short notice. The second move I had difficulty scheduling on my end because i kept getting different times on when I could actually move to my new place and Amanda was great at communicating with me back and forth, even though it must have been confusing for her. I can't recommend them enough! they will work with you to ensure that your needs are being met (which is a blessing during moving since you're stressing about everything else). Will definitely use them again if I need to move, and will recommend to friends.
