H & M Movers

I hired H & M movers to help me unload my 16 ft. budget truck.  The two workers showed up early and were fantastic.  They were polite, hard working and unloaded my truck in no time!  Everything was treated well and was placed in the right room.  It was the best money I've ever spent!  I highly recommend them for helping with a stressful move.

Hector and his crews did an amazing job packing both their truck to take my things to storage and the rental truck I had as well to drive halfway cross-country. I was terribly behind in packing since I've been working out-of-state and didn't have the prep time I'm used to to get everything packed and marked correctly. They rolled with it and just grabbed whatever they could. Even with that, there was minimal damage (I've moved a lot and I know what can happen). They may never want me again as a customer (!), but I would definitely hire them again. Next time I would make sure I was fully prepared.

Hector and Alex did an amazing job helping us move furniture. Both of the guys worked extremely hard and efficiently, yet remained careful in handling our furniture. The movers were very friendly and pleasant throughout the duration of the work and we would highly recommend to anyone in the area. An easy 5 stars

My furniture was packed for a cross-country move; when it arrived, much of it was damaged due to inefficient packing. I had used H&M previously, without incident, which is why I called them, again. However, the lack of care in packing my belongings the 2nd time convinced me that I would never use them again.Damage included scratched and gouged furniture, punctured upholstery, dented appliances, and multiple broken pictures and frames.H&M denied any responsibility for the damage, and gave me the runaround when I tried to obtain their insurance information. Their website says they are insured, but I have my doubts.In addition, their website is misleading. Clean-cut men and women in crisp uniforms DO NOT arrive to pack your belongings.Finally, the employees I that were sent to pack my belongings lied to the Owner when I inquired about the damage, claiming I packed some of the belongings, myself. This was 100% false, but of course, the owner took their side.I would NOT use H&M again, nor recommend them to anyone. You'd be better off doing it yourself.(Regarding the Owner's Comments below: When I signed the waiver, I was under the assumption that the crew had packed PROFESSIONALLY and COMPETENTLY; they did not. It is reasonable to assume that when you hire someone to do a job, they know something about what they're doing. In my case, our couch cushions were placed on the floor of the truck, with other furniture on top of them. As a result, the cushions are punctured, and have grease stains on them. Lamps were haphazardly thrown on top of the packed boxes so that they rolled around and fell to the floor during transport, resulting in significant damages. Pictures were smashed and broken because they were not properly stowed. H&M would prefer to think that this is the customer's fault for NOT watching how incompetently their men packed. That's absurd; if I have to watch them pack every single box, I might as well do it myself.)

Hector and Alex did an amazing job! I have never seen people move that quickly in my life. All of my things were taken such good care of. We made 2 stops for the move and the truck was packed so efficiently and methodically. I will be moving again in a few months and will definitely be using them again. The price was fair and all costs and charges were discussed upfront and there was not a single surprise cost at the end. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
