Based out of Philadelphia Pa Elvis Dirt Cheap Moving and Storage Co has been servicing businesses and residents throughout tri-state area and long distant communities for over 15 years. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Yes, it's cheaper than other moving companies in the area but there's a reason for it. The movers showed up to my home 5 hours late. Every time I called the company to find out where the movers were they would give me the run around and/or tell me they were around the corner. I explained numerous times that my building only allowed move in until 4pm but the company assured me they would be done before then. Wrong. This caused me to incur a large fine.On top of all this the movers were sloppy. They were tired from a previous job they were doing. They scratched my furniture. One mover knocked over and destroyed a family heirloom. One moved pooped in my toilet and didn't even flush. The only good one was an elderly man but I forget his name. Initially the company said they'd refund me for the damages. I have contacted via email multiple times (6 emails going now) without them even bothering to reply. It has been 3 months. One stand out employee for being the absolute worst is Shawntel Harris who claims she is the manager. Do yourself a favor and go with another moving company.

These guys were INCREDIBLE. So nice, determined and professional.I was moving out of a center city apartment above a restaurant during rush hour. The apartment has 2 flights of steep stairs, and the hallway apartment is very narrow. I had multiple large items, including a love seat and two heavy wooden dressers. The price was not bad! Super adorable.I truly suggest you use these guys on your next move.

I've used Elvis twice and both times they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We had Juan, Rahim, and Jimmy assisting us and they were all great. They went above and beyond getting furniture upstairs (in a typical cramped city apartment) and working hard with smiles on their faces. I can't recommend this company enough- they are most definitely worth every penny. They turned a stressful situation like moving into something easy. Also they laughed at my jokes so A+. If you're moving choose this company!!
