Established in 2005. Big Brother Little Brother Moving was original founded in 2005 as H&H Moving by the oldest brother of the team. He brought along his younger brother, wihich inspired the name «Big Brother Little Brother Moving». With the incorporation of their sister in 2009, this family team of young adults from inner city Philadelphia has put in motion a full service business that provides low cost services for our struggling economy as well as bring employment into the city of Brotherly Love.Since our establishment, we have provided low cost moving, hauling and clean out services for senior citizens, college students, church officials and non profit organizations. No matter how large we grow, low-cost, personalized and friendly service will always be very important to us. Big brother moving company has terrible customer service and communication skills. The movers were scheduled for 1pm and never showed up. I texted the owner James and he never called back. I have used this company multiple times and had no problems. I was shocked at how James treated me as a loyal customer. Losing 1 loyal customer is too many James.

Fast and friendly service had to get my vehicle towed on 2 different occasions BBLB came to my rescue fast I recommend them if your stranded they will be there exactly when they say they will!

Moving is a very stressful time with a lot of moving parts and uncertainty. The last thing you need is to worry about your movers. I've moved many, many times and Big Brother Little Brother are the easiest I've ever worked with. A couple weeks before the move somebody came out to check out my stuff and gave me a very reasonable, FLAT RATE, estimate. I had to change the date a couple times because the closing on my houses got moved around and they accommodated me without any problems or extra charges.The day of the move three guys came out, on time, ready to work. It took them about 90 minutes longer than estimated but it was almost 100 degrees so that was understandable. Again, since it was a flat rate it didn't cost us any extra. The guys were extremely professional, pleasant to have around, and nothing was damaged or mishandled. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys are definitely the best priced movers I've been able to find. They are nice and polite and will do what you ask. E.V. (also goes by Mike ) is one of the more professional staff members so it helps to talk with him first. The company as a whole isn't the most professional; I was moving out of state and we had a scheduled time but the morning of the move I was told the movers arrived to work unaware that they were to be driving to NJ. Therefore, they were about 2 hours late. Also, when I tipped the men at the end of the day one of them counted the money in front of me. Someone should probably tell him that's not polite or professional. I'd recommend them because they are easy to work with and the price is right.

Signed up for Yelp just to make sure I could tell y'all how awesome BBLB are for moving.I've called upon these fellows twice now for hasty moves. They're quick, cheap, efficient, prepared to move despite rainy weather, and are the nicest movers I've ever witnessed! Seriously, a moving job with BBLB is full of joking around, witty banter, and even some singing! Would recommend them over and over again.
