I'm not really much into reviews but the awesome job that the office and the crewmembers performed I had toIt started out with Jacob & Joe the sales reps they assured me that my move we go so smooth and stress-free really appreciate the servicesThen I spoke with John during my mid move as he called itThese guys was in and out before I knew itThey came 15 minutes early which is always a plus and handled all of my belongings with the respect that it deserves everything was wrapped what surprised me organize and for precise they wereThank you TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

Charged a deposit but the money was not returned after cancellation of services. We cancelled before their 48 hour policy and the rep Edward said they would refund the money but nothing yet.

UPDATE: We've called the number they left on here several times. After repeatedly telling us they'd come back to move our dresser and offering us a $400 partial refund, and this is several weeks later, we finally got someone else to move the dresser and we have yet to see a dime refunded to us.DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. This has been the most painful moving ordeal I can imagine. TLDR: 14 hour move for a one bedroom apartment, dresser still in living room 4 days later.- When we hired these guys, we told them that the place we were moving to had a small spiral staircase and our furniture would need to be hoisted to the upstairs balcony. Apparently no one relayed that message because they showed up to our move with zero equipment (not even bungee cords which are almost always needed to secure furniture inside a truck) and no knowledge of the situation. - They packed the boxes first, leaving the big furniture till the end and THEN RAN OUT OF ROOM on the truck, so that we had to drive 2 hours to our new home with boxes on our laps. The guy said he's been doing this for 4 years, he should know this is the most inefficient way possible to pack a truck. - They showed up on time at 9 am, so there's one positive. Except they didn't finish loading the truck until 7pm. 2 hour drive to our new place, we were unloading till 1 am. It shouldn't take 14 hours to move the contents of a one bedroom apartment. - They said the my would hire another company with the proper equipment to get our furniture upstairs. Today my bedframe was finally moved to the 3rd floor (by another company). My dresser is still sitting in my living room 4 days later, the manager has left for the day at 4:30 pm, and there is no solution in sight even though we compromised and just asked them to move it to the 2nd floor.Buyer seriously beware.

Joe Hamill and his team were fantastic. His three men that moved us were kind, polite, careful and friendly. They did a great job and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing, which was nice. Joe showed up on day two to lend a hand and even picked up some supplies we needed. Moving with Two Men and a Truck was a great experience and I will refer them unconditionally.
